I have been a long standing customer with climate control. They installed my system 12 years ago and have been great for maintenance and service, until now.
Recently during the heat of summer my AC went completely out. Tech arrived, examined my unit and said your system is dead you need a full system replacement. As the tech was telling me this he headed straight for the front door and left. No one called me back to offer a quote. I went with another local big name player, I was hesitant at first, but they had me quoted and running in a matter of days.
To climate control, one bad apple can ruin a reputation. You easily had me as a customer for life, one bad experience pushed me away.

Services performed were thorough and quick, less than an hour. Good price, good service. Good, inexpensive way to find out how your A/C is performing. Recommended.

I Bought the whole new ac unit six years ago from this company and the blower/motor broke already, (my last unit lasted 12 years) it's still under warranty so they told me all I have to pay is labor, which I said is fine but they charge me $280.00!! technician took 30 min to change the motor, $280 for 1/2 hour of labor!!! Is ridiculous and outrageous,They basically charge me for the motor! I hope this new motor last longer

They did a thorough examination of my system and diagnosed the problem. The unit was installed by another company and it never cooled as it should and then it quit working. Climate Control found the main problem. The raccoons in the attic turned the breaker off!
Then they checked the refrigerant level and it was very low. I told them that every year since I had it installed the other company would come out and put more refrigerant. Climate Control recommended to check for a leak. The other company told me it was very expensive to check for and fix a leak; it is cheaper to just get it recharged every year($100's) or so they said.
Climate Control found the leak. Replaced the coils and I still had 6 months left on the 10 year warranty and it was covered! They were very fair and saved me thousands of dollars. They came right out found the problems. Came back out with with a new coil. Installed the new coil charged the system up with refrigerant twice; once to keep me cool until the coil could be install and then again afterward. My unit works better than ever.
Best ever A/C repair experience. I highly recommend them. They are cool.

The service you guys provided to my house was low and not great at all. Our A/C was out for 3 days straight and it took 4 trips for your technicians to come to my house and fix the problem. The first visit, they diagnosed it and came back the second time to fix the problem. When they came to visit the second time, they TEMPORARILY fixed the problem. The third time they said there was something else wrong with the unit but it was working fine. This service took too long and we have been loyal customers. This summer heat is unbearable and it should not have taken this long for our A/C Unit to be diagnosed and repaired. It should have been the same technician that came to our house instead of several different ones who honestly didn't know what they were doing. Disappointed with this service, and on top of this, we have to pay $550 for "labor" when it took them 4 visits to fix the problem? You guys are supposed to be professionals but what my family and I have experienced with this company was not professional at all.

I’ve been a customer for my yearly maintenance of two systems. For the last two services Jimmie has done a superb job. He is through checking and cleaning the systems and this time he was very informative in explaining and showing me the new equipment they use to measure all relevant parts and proper efficiency of the units. Superb job by a very professional and customer oriented individual. Be sure you send Jimmie next time.....
