Climate Control Heating & Air

Climate Control was awesome as usual. Totally trust them (I don’t trust all AC companies)They installed the inside unit and did a great job. I’m not sure how they got it up in the attic in that small opening but they did. Thanks!

This was our first preventative service call and Steve was on time, courteous and got right to work. As a reminder, Climate Control Systems notified us of our appointment time the day before and kept us appraised of the technicians ETA. Good experience all the way around.

Came out and performed very thorough maintenance of our system. Changed out all filters and cleaned the units. When a breaker failed, Jose went above and beyond by returning late in evening to evaluate the issue. He purchased a new breaker (after looking in 4 different locations) and replaced it the next morning before work hours.

Jose and his partner were extremely thorough and very informative as to any possible issues with our system. Climate control has been a reliable service for us for many years.

David did excellent job. Excellent communication skills. Replaced capacitor. Checked refrigerant. Signed maintenance agreement. Good job & good reliability. Especially on Memorial weekend emergency.

I have always had a good experience with climate control that's why I have had a maintenance contract for several years with them.

My technician was courteous, prompt, and very good about asking me if I had questions, and explaining everything that was being done. I hope I don't have AC problems again, but if I do, I will be a repeat customer for sure!

We have used Climate Control for a couple of service calls and I have always found their repairmen to be very professional and knowledgeable. I thought their prices were reasonable and we have had no complaints with the repairs.
Update: on the most recent call, Steve helped expedite a repair which was greatly appreciated. He's super friendly and followed through. Thank you.

I greatly appreciate the hard work this company had done fixing my A.C and the worker who had helped me went by the name Brandon and he was very professional in his craft and I would highly recommend this company to anyone with AC unit problems.

We were very lucky to have Steve come out and give us his time and expertise on how to improve our homes climate control. We highly recommend this team.

We had a leak in the coil in the air handler. Our unit was under warranty and they were able to get a new coil replaced quickly. The two techs who did the work were very courteous and professional.
