Came out to repair our dryer vent which had been double covered by mistake when our house was built. The tech was very professional and friendly, and repaired the vent quickly. He then took the time to take pictures of the work and explain what had happened and how the fixed it. Great experience.

We were really pleased with the work David Castaneda from Climate Control did on our AC system. He was thorough, careful, and he gave me specs on each unit that help me to know what might fail in the future as our units age. Also he taught me how to do a maintenance flush of our drainage pipes from the AC units.

When I made the appt for tuneup, I asked the rep if freon was included. She told me the first pound was free. The tech showed up on time and ready to work. Very pleasant young man. His system check showed freon was low, but he said "not critical". I told him co rep said 1st pound was free and he gave me this involved story about how he wasn't allowed to carry freon in his vehicle and I needed to call the company and make another appt for the freon. I said that would mean another $89 svc call. Yes, he said. That sounded really absurd. Today (6/22) I called the company and asked about the freon. I told her about the original conversation when I made the appt. Said she had to check. Said she spoke with original rep who denied promise of freon. Said there would be a $175 charge for the freon. This is a total SCAM.

Technician did excellent. Service terrible. After almost two weeks called to check on part....it was there. They failed to call me. It took 30 min to install control module. Thought price would be 63 dollars.
Now on dispute....trying to charge 263.

We have been clients of climate control for 22 years. They installed our hvac system when we built our home in 1999. We replaced the 3.5 ton Trane system this year and the 2 ton Trane system is still going strong after 22 years. We are very pleased with the Climate Control products and service.
