I was pleased with the work they did. I've used them for several years now. My only issue was that it took so long to get the appointment scheduled. I called in October for my heating inspection under my service contract and they were booked up until December 22nd. I think they need more help. It's never taken that long for an appointment in the past. However I will continue to use them as they do good work.

Climate Control has been doing are HVac system checkups and repairs for 3 years. They are a very dependable company. Andrew is a great technician. They only do what is needed to keep your equipment in good working order, no up sell. We highly recommend this company.

Simplicity and great communication through the process of setting up the appointment and letting me know when the service tech was on his way. David, our tech, was prompt and professional and explained the AC terms in user friendly language to help us understand what was going on. He addressed the problem and had a plan to fix it.

The people I talked to over the phone were courteous and professional. I was given an appointment for a service call the same day I called. They were efficient in locating a part that was needed once the problem with my furnace was discovered and scheduled the techs to come back the next day. I was given the total cost for the work beforehand so there were no surprises.

Omero and Jaime were the techs that came to my home both days. They arrived on the earlier side of the window of scheduled appointment each time. I appreciated that. They were courteous, friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were clean not only in appearance but also in the way they worked.

They kept me informed of what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. Once they completed the job they went over everything with my husband and myself. They checked everything before leaving to make sure it was working properly.

This company has our business from now on and I would highly recommend them when it comes to heating and cooling.

We had a Trane Heat Pump installed last year and we couldn’t be happier with the unit and the service Climate Control has provided. The unit has been energy efficient which has saved us money. We had our semi-annual check up today and the tech explained to us all the checkpoints. Our air filter had not reached the point of needing to be replaced. That was impressive to us and greatly appreciated to not replace the filter if not needed. Since we do not have high volume traffic and multiple animals our filter didn’t need replacing. He did recommend to check it in 2-3 months. Climate Control has exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

I requested maintenance service and a problem with the drainage of the system but they came charged me $160 bucks and they didn’t service the AC and didn’t resolve the drainage problem at all. I will complain to the company about the lack of service.

I called customer service and they treated me great. Sandra went the extra mile to ensure help. They also gave my money back.
Climate Control has served my AC for 5 years and will continue to do so!

The technician was very professional, clear, and focused on ensuring our system was up to code. We had previous AC people out to fix the same issue and he finally resolved our problem of flow control. This company is impressive and I would definitely use them for my service or repair!

The service technician (Mario) that came out to repair my unit was outstanding. Climate Control has always provided me with outstanding service.

Would highly recommend John Richmond. He was very honest and helpful. While other companies are motivated by commissions, John was actually willing to give us an honest assessment. Have signed up for the annual maintenance service and happy we have found a company we can trust.
