I’ve used Climate Control in the past and always had great service but the service has went down quickly. Had a tech come out today to replace the AC capacitor which I knew went out but he did not diagnose anything else on the unit. Said I would have to schedule another service request for him to come out and check the overall system - like freon levels. What?? Is this a scam to charge more? Called his supervisor and he told me that the tech should have checked everything and would be back to do so - Never showed up. I called Climate Control and they said the tech came by - I was sitting on my patio and he never arrived. AC still is not working and no return call. Worse service ever - beware before you have them come out and pay them because your AC system may not be fixed.

We recently moved into a new home and have had some issues with one of our units. The entire team from the technicians to office people have all been very responsive and informative. Throughout the service calls everyone has been very helpful and takes the time to explain what the issue is.

The technician was very kind and helpful. We live an hour away, so it was a little difficult to coordinate the appointment, but we appreciate him coming out .

David came to assess the situation and clearly had done him homework. He knew we have had previous issues with the unit and diagnosed the issue. He returned later that evening after picking up the part and didn’t leave until he unit was operational! David epitomizes what great customer service is all about!!!

The service provider did not seem to know what the issue was with my system. He indicated that my freon was low? But did not recharge my system? He said that he ordered diodes? He also indicated that my evaporator coil was the cause of the leak and that his labor to replace to coil would be $800. He said the system was working when he left? I called a few days later and indicated that the system was not working! The same provider returned and again did not recharge the system with freon? I do not know what is the status of repair, but my system again is not working!!! I called another service provider and he came to get my system working. It is now working!!!

AC unit went out on a Friday night, called for service on Saturday morning. Called left a message, team called me back and had a technician out same day.

Spoke to technician, Jacob, as he worked. Walked me through all he was doing and did about three rechecks of the system before he left to his next call.

Was it cheap? No, but it was professional, quick, and done right the first time.

I would call again for service.

Well scott burger don't know who's running your company New Trane system installed 8 different guys here to get 6 degree of cooler air than outside.. I don't know about either the product or your techs

Finally!!!

Had an ac go down on a Sunday. Called Climate Control and they had a technician out Monday. Cool by that evening! Great service!

Excellent service. Mason, our service tech, was the most professional and helpful technician ever. Very knowledgeable! I will ask for Mason every time! Very professional service and great maintenance options.
