Customer service immediately addressed the HVAC urgency. I was scheduled for the afternoon and then rescheduled to the morning. The technician was prompt and courteous. His expertise resulted in an immediate diagnosis of the problem. He described the work that needed to be done, showing photos of the unit in the attic. We were up and running in a very short period of time. Great customer experience!

Steve showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns and desired work, asking the appropriate questions. Once satisfied he had the information he needed, he went to work. He was very efficient and completed all of the work in a timely manner. Steve was a real pleasure to work with. Climate Control has been servicing our AC units for many years and I have also been impressed with the quality and value their entire staff provides. Their process from setting up appointments to servicing the units is always exemplary. I also think their pricing is very affordable.

UPDATE: So it doesn't seem like I can respond to the owner's request. They indeed have been out to my house multiple times over the past 6 yrs since time of build. Also the privacy law statement isn't true as indicated by Lennox representatives when speaking with them.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've spent hundreds of dollars in repair costs correcting the lazy mistakes and shortcuts this company has made when installing 3 units in a new build.

Some examples are: not following code when installing the units and drainage, poor workmanship and not following best practices. The 3 units have had so many issues this would constitute gross negligence on the installation.

For my new Lennox units, they failed to take a few minutes to register w/Lennox so I could get an extended warranty. With the coil recalls I was out of luck and had to pay even more money towards their replacement.

I quit using their warranty services when I saw the inexperienced technicians they kept sending out.

I'm wholly dissatisfied and would take them to court but it's not worth the cost. This is a warning to existing and future customers. Beware when engaging this company!

I was originally referred to Climate Control by a friend in the construction industry. This has been one of the best and most reliable decisions ig my home maintenance. The ladies who answer the telephone are professional, courteous and responsive. Our appointment was scheduled easily and I received a call 30 minutes before the technician arrived. They keep their promises and do not have all the hype of other HCAV. You will like working with Climate Control.

Carlos was my service tech for a tune up. He was very efficient & friendly. He seemed to be very knowledgeable & it looks like he might have found the issue with our AC system. Carlos was timely, professional, honest & was NOT out to rip me off. Thank you!
