They reinstalled a new gas valve that I took out and ordered. All other HVAC contractors would not do this b/c they wouldn't warranty the valve. I wasn't after a warranty. I was after labor and David did a superb job. They said it would take approximately 2 hours and he nailed it. Also preformed diagnostic checks to insure the unit was good. I ordered the part due to expediancy. Lori helped set everything up. Thanks again Climate Control!

We had an AC unit replaced. We went with this company because the sales rep seemed very nice, the prices seemed reasonable, and they took care of getting all the inspection tags. Unfortunately, when the crew came, they installed the unit incorrectly and had to re-do it all (it took the whole day). Then, they left a few screws loose on the unit, and someone had to come adjust it because it was sounding very loud. And the process of getting the tags took months and months. Overall, they were diligent about fixing their mistakes, but many of these mistakes were easily avoidable and should not have happened in the first place.

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I see all the positive reviews for Climate Control below, but in this case I feel it is warranted to share my experience with others. I recently purchased a new home in the Lexington area and before I closed, I had Climate Control come and do a full system check since they have serviced this system for 10 years for the previous owner. I closed on the house later that month feeling confident nothing was wrong with the Geothermal system. Just 3 weeks after closing, my water furnace stops working properly and faults out. Climate Control sends a technician out (which they charged a “site visit” fee for, despite having been there a little over a month ago). After that visit, they present me with a pretty large estimate to replace an evaporator coil and recharge the system. I called another local geothermal vendor for a second opinion (who for review neutrality I will not name here but you can see my other reviews) who not only sent a technician to investigate the system at no cost- but then successfully performed the identical repair (complete evaporator coil replacement and system recharge) for $800 less. Although everyone I worked with at Climate Control was cordial and professional, I have to question my experience of paying for an inspection, then paying for a quote, then having that quote be considerably higher than others.

We recently had a new mini split system installed. We had a very good experience with Climate Control. Everything was professional from the start. Brandon in sales helped us get started. Travis and Christian were our installers. They took care to keep house clean-wore shoe coverings, put down drop cloths and wore masks for safety. The whole job was complete in a few short hours. We are very happy with our choice.

This is my second experience with Climate Control. They replaced my furnace 5 years ago and did a beautiful job. Our heating bill dropped significantly and this new unit is so quiet! Recently we bought a replacement 3 ton A/C unit. I love it and the job they did putting it in. Very professional and high quality work. I did not expect our cooling to improve so dramatically, but it did. We love our new high efficiency unit.

When my heat went out I had two different companies come to fix it. Both companies told me it was the same issue within minutes without even looking at the unit and refused to talk to my home warranty. When Climate Control came out to quote a new system they offered to look at the old units. They actually look at the unit and properly diagnosed it and then offered to call the home warranty without me asking. They installed the new units and I couldn't be happier. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice.

Brandon Franz with Climate Control is a real professional with experience and training to back it up. He explained all my options with different. brands. I chose Daikin a 4 ton 17 SEER variable speed heat pump,air controller, thermostat all with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. Got a $500 rebate as well. The installation went well and I am enjoying the comfort with a day night program that I can monitor and operate from my IPhone..

The prediction from the last technician' rang in my ears when my heat failed on the last cold weekend before spring: "This old furnace is on the verge of failure. Start saving for another one." Braydon dug deep into the uncooperative Lennox's guts (this model Lennox being singularly hard to service) and found the small malfunctioning igniter that was causing the trouble. An expenditure of thousands faded into hundreds, and I'm very grateful to Braydon for his prompt, courteous, friendly and expert service.
