Oscar was excellent. He was patient. Spent time showing me how to operate the new thermostat. Also explained to me some options to help reduce dust and allergies in my home. He was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Oscar

Technician showed up on time but could not find the problem. He gave me a bogus recommendation to replace the fan for a thousand dollars by claiming it was "drawing 103 amps". This was on a 35 amp line, so I knew he was lying. He also did not ask if if I had a warranty (which I did).

A different AC company did not identify issues and qouted other improvements that cost 3K. The other company left fan on so the system can be further damaged on follow-up. Beluga Air identified the issues instantly with lower prices.

The best around, cannot recommend them enough! They installed our entire unit 3 years ago and continue to provide service annually. They are great at communication and very honest. We recently had an issue with the system and they worked us in the schedule and promptly ordered a part and replaced it within 2 days. Will continue to recommend them to all family and friends!

Joe runs a top notch company. It’s hard to find an AC company that cares about your needs and making you feel comfortable. Most AC crews are all about making money and up sales. Not this one, they’re still small and feel like family. Matter of fact, a lot of family do work together with Beluga. Rigo, his son, installed my complete AC unit and was professional, nice, courteous and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with them in my house. Thanks and keep up the good work guys. Oh, and the main point, I felt like they were reasonable with the price. I got $100 off for being military, 2 yrs no interest and a nice cold shiny unit with a 10 yr parts/labor warranty.

Made the call on Monday was able to fit me in later that day. Driver texted me who he was and gave me the window of arrival. Oscar arrived at the scheduled time and did the work with the supplies on his truck. The work took 3 hrs and got the HVAC system running. Thank you Oscar.

Our 20-year-old unit was in the process of going out. The contractor for American Home Shield stated all he could do is add more R-22 to the unit at $100 a pound. Now that sounded stupid, and we decided to look for a contractor on our own and cancel our American Home Shield policy. So, after looking at the Goggle reviews we called Beluga Air. We spoke with Joe Corchado, who at the time we did not know was the owner of the company. From this experience it is my opinion he is a very knowledgeable mechanical systems person. Even better yet he is a straight shooter. He does not pressure you to buy just to buy. He gives you his recommendation and discusses options. After we received the quote, we decided to proceed. One thing we did do, and I highly recommend is to add the UV light and air scrubber inside the plenum. As for the installation, here again a very professional and courteous crew. Raul and Guillermo did a wonderful job. They are more than welcome to return to our house for service calls. After the installation Joe performed a quality review of the project and again answered additional questions, I had on maintaining the system. So going forward Beluga Air will be our HVAC company to use to maintain our Goodman system. FYI - I am really impressed as to how quiet this system is. The positive reviews you read are true.

Here is a follow-up
We have now had our unit for almost 2 years. The unit is performing very well. Recently the drain line stopped up. I placed a call for help and the service was performed quickly. Oscar was able to clear the line and provided advice on how to keep the line clear. Thanks Oscar for the service and information you provided.

As I stated in my review, we have a service agreement with Beluga Air and plan to keep it. It is the only company I trust to maintain our system.
