Beluga stays after it until it is right! If one guy was beyond his knowledge limit, they send a better one. Raul Garcia was the better one. He came 3 times, spending several hours each time. The first was Friday. After that visit most of the systems were working correctly. Monday was another long day. He brought another repairman with him Monday. My guess is that he was training him. The last one was today, Tuesday. All this time he was repairing serious mistakes that another company had made. It was the company that installed the equipment in the first place!

If you are looking for professionalism, honesty, fair price and excellent service, you have to hire Beluga Air. One of our units needed to be replaced. We compared quotes with different companies and by far Beluga was the best. Joe, who is the owner came to our home; he personally inspected the unit, listened all our concerns and gave us a free estimate with different options. We went ahead with of the one options he provided and within 3 days our new unit was installed. An issue from the manufacturer showed after they completed the installation. I spoke with Joe and he went above and beyond to get the new part and the next day the issue was fixed. Joe and his team are AWESOME! We feel confident that we are in the right hands regarding our AC.
The whole process was easy, smooth and friendly.

We had our winter service. It was recommended that we increase the “R” rating of our current insulation from R-14 to R-38. John and Brandon were very professional,answering all my questions and concerns. Pricing was $1.25 sf for PROPINK L77 pink FIBERGLASS. They supplied the forms an documentation needed for a CPS energy rebate which was helpful in reducing the final Cost. Beluga Air provided excellent service. I would recommend giving them a call for your heating/AC needs.

Anthony is great in his attitude and know how. Now, I believe that you do not really give us anything, In fact we pay you in order to know that something may be wrong. Is this what you call a Tune Up as advertised_???. Fortunately there are other companies to compare and find better alternatives

Beluga Air was very responsive and the technicians that came were friendly and professional. Abraham was efficient with his inspection and I felt confident in his diagnosis of the problem. The team that came out two days later to install a new copper line and condensate pump, Rigoberto and Ricky, were also awesome. They answered all of my questions and explained their process clearly both before and after the service. They did all they could to make sure the solution was long-lasting, as nice-looking as possible, and met the needs of the house. The price of the service was much more reasonable than other companies, and I would gladly use their services again.

After 9 days with NO Air Condition and getting tired of being ripped off by American Home Shield who also sent us a company that bailed on our service call...I went on-line and chose to call a company who had great reviews to see if they could bail us out of our situation.

I called Priority 1st and spoke to Joe the company owner. I explained my situation and he stated he could be at my residence in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later the Priority 1st van was parked in front of my residence. We did the walk thru and sat down to discuss what options we had. A day later and we have an entire new system...inside and out. Something the other company couldn't do in over a week. Now what impressed me the most was the attention to detail...the little things that most companies would try to up-sell you. With our old system we had our evaporator core filling up our drain pan(s) with water from condensation about every 3 days. So much so that it was overflowing and staining my downstairs ceiling and flooding my downstairs coat closet. we had to have a small shop vac handy to suck up the excess water daily. So Priority 1st installed a float valve on the top drain pan so if water accumulated the float would rise and shut off the power to the system. An extra little gadget to give us piece of mind that we will never have water overflowing to the downstairs area again. Since the plywood under the core/handler was always getting wet...it looked bad (see pic). So again that little extra touch. They gave the plywood a coat of this gray waterproof sealant so it would not get wet anymore or rot if by chance it did overflow. Originally our home had a 14 seer but Priority 1st was able to give us a deal on a 16 seer system for just a few hundred bucks more. Could not pass that up. My outside condenser is almost twice the size of the old unit. Plus this system is a variable speed system so it starts blowing air slowly and builds up gradually so that you don't have that instant rush of air blowing out your vents.

There are a lot of companies out there with a fleet of trucks who don't really consider customers a priority anymore. They will quote you some outrageous price and give you a take it or leave it ultimatum.

I'm all for supporting the little guy who is starting out and who is honest and hard working and pride themselves on customer service. I know this is a long review but I wanted to make sure I give these guys justice.

Joe and his son Anthony did one hell of a job for us and I am happy to refer Priority 1st and willing to give them a well deserved 5 STARS.

Beluga has always gotten me scheduled right away. Oscar has fixed several issues for us. He is always friendly and very professional. Prices might be a bit above average, but the great service makes up for it
