I can't say enough about Beluga Air. They were professional from the very start. The owner came to my house personally on a Saturday because the technician originally scheduled was not going to make it on time and they didn't want to break a promise. I needed all the duct work under the house replaced and asked them to look at the fan/furnace unit too, because it seemed like it wasn't moving enough air. After a few discussions about the duct design I wanted, I felt good about these folks. I decided to replace the 2 stage furnace and all the duct at the same time. They sent out a HUGE crew and knocked out this job in one long day. The new system is amazing and now cools and blows like crazy. I am happy, happy, happy. BTW-I am the one who suggested they park in the yard. The heat killed the grass weeks ago!

I had been having problems with my A/C and heating now for a month. I first used a home warranty company to have 2 separate companies come out and "diagnose" my system to just try to replace boards and then come back in a week. I was recommended to Beluga Air from a friend. I put in for a request for service at around 3 pm on Wednesday thinking I would get a call on Thursday and have someone here Friday morning at the earliest. They called me back within 20 minutes and scheduled a visit the next morning! Anthony was my first technician and he came out and walked me through what he was testing and why (which is something the other 2 companies didn't do). He came to the conclusion it was one of the boards on the outdoor unit that needed to be replaced, but he wanted to make sure and had his supervisor Joeseph come out to double check. That is the sign of a good tech since they are not afraid to ask for help to make sure the customer is taken care of. Joeseph came out and found out the root cause to be a simple issue with a wire shorting in the outdoor unit. Both technicians were amazing and walked me through each step as they did it. Anthony was awesome and I very much appreciate him asking for a second opinion rather than ordering the board and calling it a day (which is what the other 2 companies did). Joeseph was wonderful at teaching me the systems inner workings and explaining every system he tested. He also stayed to test the system 3 times to make sure it wouldn't go out again which is something the other 2 companies didn't do. Service like this is very hard to come by these days and I will definitely come to and recommend Beluga Air to anyone I can. Thank you all for being honest/transparent, quick, friendly, informative, and everything else techs should be.

I received 3 quotes to replace my system and they by far were the best priced with quality equipment. Guillermo and his team were on time and very professional. They even went the extra mile to stabilize my outdoor unit on a leveled concrete slab before leaving.
So disappointed to say that we’re cutting ties with this company. We originally started business with them when my mom bought her home. We had no complaints and were exceptionally happy w the work that was done. However recently we did have a problem w our heater staying on and reached out to Beluga air trusting to get the right work done and at a fair price. When the technician came in he wrote off the problem as the entire unit needing to be replaced which would’ve cost my mom over $4000 (which she was going to pay). We decided to get a second opinion and thank goodness we did because two separate companies informed us that the only problem was a faulty thermostat. It was replaced the same day for less than $200. I understand that your technicians work off commission but to take advantage of loyal customers who had nothing but good things to say is another level of low. Disappointed can’t even begin to describe my feelings towards this company and the technician who tried to take advantage of my mom. Cutting ties.
