Hector was my specialist today for my A/C tune up. He is a very warm personality, had a smile on the whole time, put his shoe booties on coming into the house, and went immediately to work. He explained what he was doing including explaining any and everything I asked questions on. I was an early afternoon appointment, but it was heating up to 97 F, soon to be in the triple digits today. I get snippy having to be in the heat. However, he had just a genuine welcoming personality the whole time and most importantly stayed hydrated. It made me feel comfortable that he was staying safe and aware while working on my system. I did get to see the nastiness that my outside A/C unit hides from me. It was fairly priced and well worth the money! It’s my second time hiring this company and I have yet to be disappointed with the representatives that work with them. Especially Gina, she did my initial schedule and kept me abreast, on the day of my appointment, of when the technician was estimated to arrive within the window.

Beluga communicated clearly and often prior to arrival for diagnosis of why no AC. Mike Rodriguez was really professional! He diagnosed the problem with the AC and explained our repair/replacement options.

Rigo and Roger arrived on time for removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Courteous, professional, highly competent. They explained what they would be doing, did it, cleaned up after. Really good guys ... highly recommend Beluga!!

Top notch all the way! From 1st call for service until completion of job, best customer service ever. I was updated frequently by company and technicians when they would arrive and what services would be completed. Estimates were sent to my email in a timely manner. Beluga Air came to our residence to fix an AC problem we had. John Ramos and his partner came out and did a great job. These gentlemen were punctual, courteous and very hard working. They took their time and got it all cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Beluga Air.

HONEST AC repair companies are very few and far between. Mason at Beluga is a diamond in the rough. He reviewed my ac and determined only a standard maintenence was needed. The previous AC repairman told me I had a leak and needed $1500 to repair my ac. Turns our there is NO leak and thanks to Mason I was able to save a lot of money. We appreciate Beluga and the fact that honest work is the forefront of customer experience you get with them and because of that Beluga will continue getting great reviews and flourishing.

Our service rep, Michael, has always been very professional and knowledgeable. On our latest visit, it took him all of 30 minutes to realize and fix the issue. I appreciated his advice on how to keep the problem from repeating. I am also thankful that Beluga was able to send someone over 30 minutes after calling in the problem. I would highly recommend this business and their staff.

Wonderful experience with Beluga…Even though my Technician was scheduled to come between 3-5, they made sure to keep me updated on his arrival. They explained his tardiness and apologized each time. When he did arrive, he also explained his tardiness and subsequently apologized also. The Technician Mason, was very personable and extremely informative regarding my AC. I love this company. Our AC went out unexpectedly as they tend to do on a hot summer day. I gave Beluga Air a call and at first they told me someone would be out in two days, which is understandable given the summer heat. Well, an hour later they call back and say they have an opening and send Brandon out immediately. This was a life saver because it was already 90 degrees in our house with pets and it was looking like we would have to find a hotel for the few days. Brandon came out, was super professional and identified the problem quickly. Our AC was fixed in less than an hour of him being here and that included a compressor replacement and an additional add on that was necessary to prevent further damages. Thank you!

Beluga Air responded right away on a Saturday and I was scheduled for same day service. Appreciate the lengths Serena (hope I spelled your name correctly) went to make this happen and to keep me informed on the technician's arrival. Technician Raul Garcia was also a breath of fresh air (no-pun intended)! Both employees were personable, professional, informative and a credit to Beluga. Raul was super efficient and still took the time to ensure I understood the work recommended and performed. The 'horror' repairs I anticipated were unfounded and I happily accepted a service agreement for future routine maintenance to avoid another panic call!
