Beluga Air

Raul from Beluga Air found an issue with our HVAC clearout other "Professional" technicians from two other companies had twice missed since we recently bought our house over a year and half ago. He explained the system to us, where we were at in it's "life-cycle" and what to expect going forward. Most importantly, he told us tips and tricks to keep it going as long as possible. Great 👍 company, great crew. Highly recommend.

Mr. Hector Salinas from Beluga Air Conditioning company came out and gave my HVAC a thorough service. I am sure that the unit now has the best chance of operating correctly for the summer and if not; that Beluga Air will respond to any problems I have rapidly. The scheduler gave me several choices for service times. The technician, Oscar, arrived on time, identified the part needed, and quickly fetched it. Installation went fairly smooth and the AC was back in operation.

We recently had service from Buluga Air and were very impressed with the thorough and informative visit from Mason. After checking our current system, he explained all the positive things he found, the areas he corrected, and followed up with suggestions for future maintenance. He also discussed what a conscientious and trustworthy company Buluga Air is and all of the service and options they offer. We couldn't be more pleased with the service, and plan on using them, and hopefully Mason, in the future.

Professional, efficient and effective! We should have gone with them from the start, had a bad experience (three times over) with another company and Beluga Air helped fix not only the issue with our heat not working, but all of the mistakes from previous technicians. They were so quick to come help, very kind and explained everything they were doing which my husband and I appreciated. Love this company! If you want a business who will treat you with complete respect and go the extra mile to solve problems, go with Beluga Air. Let's face it, HVAC is a tricky beast and things go wrong all the time. Issues are hard to pin down, but Beluga will keep at it until all problems are fixed. Honestly, I really get upset with the service industry, but these guys/gals know how to run a business and keep their customers happy. I am loyal for life!

I used this company to replace my entire HVAC system and I whole heartily recommend them. Jose and Enrique are the best. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. If there were a 10 star rating, they would certainly get one from me. Beluga Air is very fortunate to have these two guys on their payroll.
