My 5 ton compressor failed and I had Beluga Air replace it. Oscar, Q, Enrique and Andrew were all very professional and did a great job!

Buluga Air is an outstanding company. Joe the owner is hands on and has completely changed my view of dealing with service companies. The service guys go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything that is going on. Much appreciated!

Beluga Air is amazing I had an issue with my AC and they were out there within a few hours and took care of it. Wonderful customer service!!!

DO NOT HIRE. Typical Scam Company. Two techs came out and after very little inspection said the entire unit was bad and tried to sell me a whole new $7000.00 Unit. High Pressure Sales Tactics were used. Second opinion correctly diagnosed and repaired actual problem. DO NOT HIRE.

Had a different company come out, I decided to get a second opinion. Good thing I did, they saved me $1700 for the exact same thing.

My husband & I we're so impressed begining with the tech Michael, who made the initial visit to give us an estimate on the replacement of both AC/ Condenser that we needed to be replaced. He wasn't pushy & left a proposal that showed itemized all that would be done. Once we chose Beluga (we'd gotten other bids) We felt we wanted Beluga to do the job. The crew John & Noe arrived & began with showing us what all they would be replacing & reassurance they would not leave until all the job was complete. And due to how the furnace had been installed (1985) it was not an easy job. Seeing this was going to be more difficult called in for assistance. Raul came & he was awesome. With his experience & knowledge they were able to get that furnace out. This young men worked over time. And they cleaned up,we felt so bad that ,my husband told Raul we'd clean up. Raul wouldn't have that. I hope their boss know how blessed he is to have a crew like this guys. Their keepers. Now we're enjoying our home again . Thank you 👏
