Beluga Air

Yesterday I had beluga air come out to fix an installation job done by another company. The beluga air team was professional and very knowledgeable. The original company did a lazy job with the install as seen in the first picture which caused condensation around the exterior and interior of the unit. The condensation on the interior was around the main power and the exterior was bad enough to cause the base platform to start caving in. Beluga air removed the unit to clean it up, replaced the base platform, installed an additional return vent, and fixed the insulation after reinstalling the unit. The unit looks amazing and very clean as seen in the second picture. I’m very pleased with the work they did and the cost for the work.

I recently had a service call with Beluga Air. Mason (technician) was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Wish I had a before picture but outside unit was serviced and looks great! I will definitely be calling Beluga AC for all of my HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

Beluga air technician Hector Salinas did an amazing job giving me confidence that everything was good, she remove the cover of my compressor because it was making nice and to clean the inside of the unit. I truly have not seen such detailed service done to my unit. I also learned a lot about the components and function of the inside and outside units. His visit was a great educational experience. I highly recommend Beluga Air.

I can say that Beluga has very professional workers they explain detail of their work. They accomplished their work with excellent service. Their work done was extremely excellent. Workers were very polite. I love their service. And as for the owner he is awesome, job well done with PRIDE.

We have loved Beluga Air since a year ago when they installed our entire system. Today Hector came out and did our yearly Maintenance and was very warm and inviting, went through everything with me, and gave me advice on keeping everything clean and good. Have recommended and will keep on recommending ya'll.

I originally called for just a service checkup to see if unit was operating within spec. Found out I had a restriction and system was working harder than need be.
The probable issue was the inside coil being dirty( unit is almost 9 years old) never had inside work performed; anyway the experience was great . After removal of coil they found that air handler was no sitting correct and was sucking in air where it should not. This was taken care of.
Also, my inside drain for condensation was not installed correctly I am surprised it never leaked? This was taken care of.
The outside drain outlet PVC had broken years ago they added a PVC extension.
The copper tubing at the air handler was done sloppy where the panels were hard to remove. Upon reinstall of coil done right.
The door to the handler needed to be removed. A carpenter will be coming out to reinstall correctly.
And all of this for no extra charge
System running great. You pay for what you get and these guys did great.

Received text with photo of technician who would come and perform the service. My technician today was Brandon. He is a very knowledgeable, young gentleman with excellent listening skills. He caught on to my concerns in no time. Service was performed in a timely and clean fashion.
