Placed emergency call in the evening and got appointment for the next day at noon.
Mr Adkins and his son arrived on time and repaired my A/C promptly. They make a great team - very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
This was not their first visit and I am always very satisfied with their service. I won't call anyone else.

I have been using Adkins AC Maintenance since 1990 and I have never gone wrong. If there was one extra star to make this business stand out over the rest, this business is most deserving. My plumbing broke causing my heat pump to shift upward and I needed it uninstalled so that landscapers can grade out the easement and level the concrete for the heat pump. It was not Roy's fault that my plumbing break causing the heat pump and my house to shift on its foundation. However, Roy having knowledge that this is my third time leveling the house and repairing the plumbing due to a dishonest plumber makes an unsolicited and very generous offer. I can not publically speak of the offer because I know he can not afford it. He nevers speaks of his own problems and I just learned that his daughter pass away with cancer. If this does not touch you in a special way, I do not what will. I wished that there were more business owners who are thoughtful and caring of their customers without regards to their own needs. I will wait as long it takes for him to mourn his loss because he is worth the wait. I will be paying full price for his services to keep good people like him in business as long as possible. He is a perfectionist and his knowledge amazes me. Look no further for an honest contractor at a more than fair price. I am making a point to praise the good people out there so that consumers will be able to make better choices.

Excellent, professional service. Very knowledgeable and explains the repair. Our unit quit working in 100 degree weather and we had a new unit installed the next morning.
