I was in a tough position with my AC going out in the middle of a south Texas heatwave. I called around and couldn't find anyone to service my AC on a quick turnaround. I called Beluga Air and they came out later that day.

The technician Raul showed up when expected and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. My AC is working great now and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Michael came out and assessed the entire unit. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. He also went the extra mile by explaining how to prevent the issue in the future. He completed an entire inspection and it’s running top notch. Thank you.

Michael shows up for our repair appointment. He was extremely professional. He found a few problems that our previous American Home Shield mainteinance neglected. The damage was visually telling. He explained what each component was, and the lowest cost verses lifelong maintenance. I was so impressed with everything that I started a maintenance contract. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say that this is a great company to hire if in need of any AC service. We have had other AC companies come out to our home, and look at our AC system that has been causing us some trouble for a long minute. Not only is beluga AC a reliable company, it is also affordable, and Jose the owner, makes sure the job is done right. We had a situation where some pipe was leaking that was penetrating through our kitchen ceiling. Jose took responsibility for it, and made sure that that was fixed as well. I highly recommend hiring Beluga air if you are in need of any AC repair as I can vouch, that they not only repaired what was previously done wrong but corrected all of it the right way!

Diagnostic check. System was freezing inside unit. Beluga Air came the next day to check AC unit. Everything is running properly but his diagnostic of the system was showing it’s was working inefficient. Our system was installed 2008. It’s time for a new one.
