Very happy with our service today. Mason was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was super kind and answered any questions I had. We renewed our service and will definitely be requesting him for our next service.

With Airbnb guests coming and the AC out, I was in panic mode. I called all over town for an AC person to go out. Beluga was the only place who said, “He’ll be right over.” He called before his arrival, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken part, handled the warranty, called me twice to give me updates during the process and was on his way out with the AC working. I’m saving this company’s number!! I didn’t have to cancel the Airbnb guests after all.

First visit from Beluga Air. I received several reminders of the appointment and a notice when the service person was to arrive. Abraham explained every step of the process and politely answered all questions. At the end he showed pictures of all areas that were inspected and serviced. It seemed thorough and the house smelled better. We signed up for their annual plan. Great service!!!

Hector Salinas visited our house and he was outstanding, took the time to explain everything before he did any work to make sure we understood what he was doing, very very thorough, provided options and did not pressure us to buy anything unnecessary, very knowledgeable and professional.

I found Beluga after a very bad experience with another HVAC company. This is my 4th service call and each has been extremely great. Today was just a spring tune up. The Tech Anthony spent nearly 2 hours testing each HVAC system (we have 2) and clearing lines and cleaning the units. He found a slight issue with one AC unit and had the part to fix. There are so many companies that give poor service and it is great to find Beluga. I'll be with Beluga forever. Simply the best.
