The property manager for the home I am a tenant at had placed a work order for an A/C system repair after the system stopped working and I had exhausted my “expertise” on trying to fix it. After he had done so I promptly received text messages in regards to my appointment and was able to schedule something fairly soon and easily. I then had the pleasure of meeting technician David Duarte, who showed up right on time at 8:30 AM and identified the issue immediately. He was able to answer any questions I had in regards to maintenance to avoid future issues and fixed the problem within a few moments, would definitely recommend the company and technician to anyone.

Misty was so very professional and friendly, she assisted with scheduling and ensured an appointment time that worked with my schedule. Jorge was our technician, he’s very knowledgeable, super friendly, and efficient. Overall great experience!

Noah and his team did a fantastic job keeping in constant communication with me throughout the process. Since i travel , they knew I would not be on site for the installation. They let me know when the crew was on the way so I could have someone meet them and they let me know when they were finishing up. It is a nice touch to see the picture of the service tech who would be servicing my house.

Jim Wells came out and assessed my issue. He was very thorough and professional. He told me exactly what I needed and what I didn’t need(a new AC system). Jaime Rodríguez came out and repaired my AC. He also was very professional. Although having to get my AC system fixed was not a good experience, Atlas made it as easy for me as possible and I really appreciated it.
