Above All Air

Our previous AC company retired. Above All Air took over his client list and that spoke volumes. We called several boutique companies all were equally responsive. However the follow up from Connie in their office on the quote and the owner coming out himself to perform the inspection and provide a bid sealed the deal. Connie said if you give us an opportunity we will earn your business and she was spot on. Above All Air is a solid company, with good people, pricing and extremely responsive. Also very honest and transparent quotes. A Solid 5 STAR company!!!!!!

I've had the pleasure of meeting two of the extremely friendly and knowledgeable and friendly technicians at Above All Air. I'm always worried when I have to call someone to take a look at my AC, but each time they've come out they've made me feel at ease and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. They even gave me some easy-to-do tips on how to keep my AC running healthier. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for AC repair that they can trust.

John runs a great company. The service I have had has been nothing but exceptional! I trust them. They do not try to upsell you, they simply check everything out, do whatever servicing is needed and charge a fair price. I have been in San Antonio for 39 years and Above All Air is by far the best A/C company I have used. So happy to have found them about a year and a half ago.

I have used Above all air for about 6 years now. They have great customer service and honest technicians. Mike provided honest and courteous service when my outdoor fan stopped running. When my system went down he was able to very quickly fix the problem and explain to me what the issue was. I trust this company and refer them to many family and friends because there have been times when they came out and were able to get my system running again without charge due to a quick fix of a breaker needing to be switched. When it’s time for me to get another unit I wouldn’t consider anyone else to do the job!

John and his team have been great! They replaced both of my 20 year old systems last year. The install crew was courteous and professional and were in and out in 2 days. Both systems have performed well through the brutal summer until yesterday. One of the units stopped working. I called them this morning (which is a Saturday) and they were out this afternoon. They replaced a failed capacitor (under warranty) and the system was back up and running. The repairing technician was courteous and professional and had solved the problem in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Above All Air.

Mike came out same day I called, fixed my leaky AC and was a super nice guy. My kids asked me if he could come back and fix the hot water heater. Previously had two other companies come out and issue was not fixed. Will use again.

Second time using this company and I'm so glad I did. Came out fast and quickly addressed the problem, fixed same day. No trying to upsell or inflate costs, just fixing the problem! Also, everyone who has come out has a lot of experience and you can tell they care about their reputation, getting the job done correctly and quickly without cutting corners. This is the ONLY company I'll use for my A/C repair!

Mike was great. He came by on time and replaced some parts that he thought were the problem with the outside unit. It worked that evening but then there was another unit malfunction on the thermostat. So there is still something wrong as it got warm again upstairs. I will wait to call and let them enjoy July 4th weekend

The day before I went on my honeymoon, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I called, thinking it would be 2-3 weeks before anyone could come out, and the OWNER of the business worked us into his schedule and handled the call himself the next day! I let them know I would be out of town, and they kept me informed, sent me a quote, and handled the payment remotely. I came home to cold A/C and never had to deal with any of the headache you normally expect from your unit going out. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

Above All Air has been our go-to company for A/C and heating needs since we moved to San Antonio 5 years ago. They have never done repairs that weren’t necessary. They have always given a fair price, been quick, but also taken the time to answer all of my questions. Besides the amazing customer service, installations of our new heat pump and attic insulation have been painless. I never have to worry when I know they’re coming over!
