Above all air 4 u is great. We had a good experience with John. He is honest and gave us an good deal to replace our ac unit. I would recommend John to any one in the market to replace their ac unit.

Above all came to my house and was able to get my AC up and running again on the same day. The tech was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with his explanation of the problem and solution which was important to me seeing as I know almost nothing about my system. I highly recommend them!

As scheduled, James was there on time and very friendly. He explained the heating process and the steps he was doing as he went along. I highly recommend Above All Air. I had an A/C go out late on a Friday night in the middle of the summer and called John. He was at my house in 30 minutes and had the A/C back up and running. John knows his stuff and Above All Air isn't like the big commercial companies trying to nickel and dime you for everything they can. They are now my go-to for any A/C or heating issues.

They showed up to clean up another Contractor's mistake. I didn't have heat for 3 days and they showed up early and within 15 mins we had heat. They were able to provide me heat for my family in this artic blast. Thank You, I would highly recommend them for any job!!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. Just moved into a home that was serviced by “above all air” during the repair amendment (which was 5 days prior). They claimed in their paperwork that everything was working probably and parts that needed to be replaced were replaced which restored the unit to “proper working order”. Just last night I turn on the AC, go to bed and in the morning there’s water all over the floor which had already caused damages all through the hallway and into a bedroom. Obviously I contacted them I was told by a kid named John that they only warrenty “parts that are theirs” without even looking at the issue in person. I explained which pipe it was that was leaking so I could connect it back myself and instead he gets mad and begins to yell saying I don’t know and I can’t tell you what that pipe is? Isn’t it their profession? He then stated to me he would come back out to look at the Ac free of charge, why would I want someone who obviously couldn’t get it right the first time come back out? It’s cause of their negligence that my floor had water damage. I called another local company and they stated that Above all air shouldn’t state that everything is working if it isn’t. Also this other combany knew exactly what pipe I was speaking about, they even told me how to reconnect it. Also I noticed he’s crying saying I’m not an Above all air customer in his response, but the sad truth is indirectly I am by purchasing a home that was repaired by them days prior to moving in. Yes is if was up to me I would’ve went to any other AC shop in San Antonio since they’re all obviously the better choice.

Above All Air is the best out there! They are quick to respond. When they come to your home, it’s not about racking up a bill. They are truly there to help you! If you ask for advice they give it! I have used them since 2017 and will never look for another company!

John with Above All Air came through last minute and saved me from the San Antonio summer heat! He was very personable, reliable and knowledgeable in his field. Ten out of ten would recommend.

Jon was efficient and thorough and explained the risks of the procedure before getting my approval. Jon moved my appointment to another day when it was raining because the rain would throw off his readings, and he didn't want to take my money for a possibly inaccurate assessment of my system.
