Above All Air

I have used John (Above All Air) for the last 8 years for everything from normal service calls of maintaining an older unit to a full house replacement. Routine services calls are better priced than others and I am not sure you can find a better company for a whole house replacement.

I needed to replace my 1979 GE inside and outside unit. James and John came out the next day and installed a brand new inside and outside unit. These Guys were on time and very professional. James explained to me what the problem with the old unit was and gave me his professional recommendations. Excellent service! Company built on good business and word of mouth. Contractors have pride in work and service. We had issues with old unit in June, it was determined unit undersized. A few months later we had a short in unit. They came out same day figured out a part caused it, got system going and are replacing asap. Thanks Above All Air!

Hands down the best service I have been provided.

15 year old TRANE stopped cooling. Sent Connie an email on Sunday that was answered same day. She called me the next day to schedule the appointment. No availability for Monday - middle of July, but a gentleman came out Tuesday and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was afraid I needed a new A/C - nope - he just changed out the two capacitors, cleaned the coils, and checked for refrigerant leaks. House began to cool down immediately. For very little money. Above All Air will keep my business from here on out.

Here is a recap of my experience with Above All Air - Answered the call on the second ring, asked qualifying questions to get an idea of the issue, assured me they would help, provided me a timeframe for same day service, promised to call ahead of arrival, called ahead of arrival, were polite and friendly, treated my dog kindly, worked on the unit, provided me options from free to not free and explained what each options pro and con was. They never pressured or pushed. Never "upsold" or added on unnecessary services. I chose, they performed, quickly and professionally, they offered additional follow-up service at no charge if needed, cleaned up and left. TLDR - Hire Above All Air today! You won't be disappointed.
