Jim, my service technician, did a great job tracking down my problem and repairing it quickly. Another local AC company could not figure out the problem and left me in the heat. Jim came over immediately and got my system working so I could sleep comfortably. The repair bill was much more reasonable than the numbers the other company threw at me as well. I am very pleased with Atlas!!!

Had a mixed experience with the dispatch not updating me as they said they would. However, the tech (David) that showed up was phenomenal and very professional. He was quick to diagnose the issue and had the A/C working within 30 minutes. I'd give him 5 stars personally for his attitude, knowledge, and work ethic. Recommend this company for your A/C needs.

We had three other companies come out before talking with Atlas. HUGE difference going with a company that doesn’t work on commission! The price was much better, and everyone we dealt with was very professional. The company even brought out some portable units while we waited for the unit to be ordered and replaced. We have found our new A/C company!

Been having issues with my AC the last few years and it finally died during one of the hottest days of the year recently. After bad experience with some ac guy I decided to call Atlas and I'm so glad I did. They did everything they said and more. Installed system despite the extreme heat, kudos to those techs. System works great, got a great price, they even registered system and applied rebate on my behalf. They got permits and had city come and check their work. Great experience, highly recommended.

I was on the market for a new AC system and was getting frustrated with all the local companies (I live in Houston) coming out and trying to sell me systems for an insane amount of money. I even tried Home Depot and their prices were just too much. In my frustration I went to YouTube and found this company's channel which features Kenneth talking about many related subjects. He seemed very sincere but what really sold me is that they post their prices on their website. They have a tool you can build your quote online and have a lot of information that is very helpful when making a decision. The downside for me was that on their website it was posted that they service San Antonio, Austin and Dallas areas but not Houston. I decided to email them anyway to ask if they can recommend a company in the Houston area. Pete got back to me very quickly and was very helpful. Long story short, they decided to take care of my issue themselves by sending two technicians down to Houston to do the installation. The price I got was exactly what it was showing on the website. At no point did I feel they were trying to up sell the systems or features. Pete was great getting back to me and answering all my questions. The technicians they sent were a father/son team both named Israel which were great. They were very professional and patiently answered any questions I had about the new system or differences with the old one. Overall I'm very happy with this company and I plan to keep using them for my future AC needs.

We called Atlas AC Repair for an assessment of an HVAC problem we were experiencing (no cooling and no refrigerant due to catastrophic leak) with the expectation that we might need to replace our entire system. Others AC services had come out and were not very diligent in trying to assess what was wrong and were quick to pursue the replace option. When Jim came out, he listened to me describe the problem history and went straight to work to identify the refrigerant leak point. Within 15 minutes of arriving , the problem was identified, Jim just went the extra mile. Repairs will be scheduled soon as we are waiting on a new part for the one that failed . I expect it to be a simple fix rather than an expensive replacement. I’m a Happy new customer.

Our AC went out in 100 degree weather and Atlas AC Repair came through for us. We were desperate to get someone out and was told with other companies no one would be available for 2 days, and our house was already in the 80s (hot)!!! Atlas AC Repair fit us in, and ensured our family would have air for the night!!!! The Technician, Mr. David, was extremely prompt, kind, respectful, and took care of our AC needs in expedited time! I was extremely pleased with his professionalism! He represented the company, and was very knowledgeable!!! Give this guy a raise already!!!! I will not go with any other AC Company in our area! Atlas AC has a lifetime customer!!! Thank You!!!

Faulty wiring in our heater almost caused a fire over the weekend. Luckily Jorge with Atlas AC Repair was assigned to the job. Jorge was super friendly, and incredibly helpful through the whole process! He quickly found the source of our heating problem and advocated with my property manager for a proper repair, rather than the easiest solution. 10/10. Could not more highly recommend Jorge with Atlas AC Repair!

Jim W. Was AMAZING! He was personable and friendly! He was also helpful and knowledgeable about our situation and shared his expertise! Couldn't be happier!!. In fact i called to give my opinion on him and came across Tommy C. Tommy C was very polite and seemed to know he has good employees like Jim! Best service i could have asked for! Go Jim! Atlas has been wonderful on communication and assisting me on scheduling maintenance on ac unit. David Duarte did a great job on maintenance. He made sure I was aware what he was doing at all times, helped me with questions, and even helped get a family of baby ducks out of my yard after they followed him in. This is a great company and great staff. I highly recommend them.
