I am a renter, and submitted a Maintenance Request to my property management in the middle of the night when my Air Conditioner was blowing Not cold air.
This work order was sent out when business opened, on Friday June 30th. It was getting later in the day and I started to concern that I was going to be sweating through the whole weekend.
At 2pm, I get a phone call from Atlas - saying they were assigned from my property management and They Had A Time Opening and could get to me within about an hour and a half!!!!

Jorge arrived to my house very near the expected time. He was professional and polite and empathetic to my discomfort in the heat.

He work methodical and diligently to determine the problem and fixed it promptly.
Providing his knowledge to explain what was wrong and what he did.

Although my house was still hot for hours, Jorge demonstrated that the air blowing from the vents was now cold and made clear that it will take quite a while before the house will feel cooled.

I called Atlas AC to get a price quote for replacing my outdoor condenser unit due to having gotten a leak test diagnosis from another AC company claiming the outdoor condenser was not holding pressure. The quote from the original AC company to replace the condenser unit seemed high. Atlas had a very competitive price, so I scheduled them. They installed a new condenser, but the system still wasn't holding pressure. They diagnosed a leak to the inside evaporator coil, and offered me some very reasonable offers to either replace the coil and keep the new condenser, or they even said they could take back the original condenser (since they suspected it was actually fine) and just replace the coil, even though it was not there diagnosis that led to having the outdoor condenser replaced. They were very accommodating. The service people (Jorge, Juan Carlos, and Nathan) were all very professional, very thorough, and went above what I expected. Pete (in the office) was also super helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Atlas AC and will use them again.

In the hottest days of summer, very responsive, thorough system check and professional. I am very pleased. System works great now and I feel they not only resolved my issue, but thoroughly inspected the entire system and made sure everything is in tip top shape. These guys are well worth giving a call if you need any A/C or heating system needs.

From the first call, Atlas was helpful and professional, educating me about different systems without pressuring me to upsell. My tenants onsite said they were the most professional bid, and they were there on time and worked hard all day. They were competitively priced, too! Atlas A/C techs Juan Carlos and Jonathan knocked out my new a/c install in this 100 degree heat. They were so nice throughout the day despite the 140 temps in the attic, they worked their butts off through the evening on an especially difficult/technical install.
