Juan Carlos and Anthony came out to install a new condenser as my old one was shot. Not only were they incredibly professional, they moved a ton of heavy stuff in front of the unit without any hesitation. Additionally, they discovered the reason for the dead compressor was poor wiring by the original builder… not too surprised on that one. I bid out the job to three other HVAC businesses, and Atlas was not just the best bid but also the best customer service. Can’t recommend these folks enough!

We had our AC go out on a Sunday. Went with a 24/7 service with an other company with bad service and never came out. One call to Atlas AC Repair, Jim was at our house in just about an hour. Very professional. Explained what was checked what was fixed.
Great service on my call as well. We were pretty frustrated after dealing with the other company. She was very attentive and assured us we would have some one out quickly.

We're in a rental and at the mercy of the PM company for vendors. So, I consider getting Jim from Atlas out to the house to troubleshoot and repair our HVAC system with an electrical issue, luck of the draw. Even after my misdirected frustration, they understood and went above and beyond to make things better. They have a lifelong supporter of their business, and I have written to the PM company to consider them as the primary vendor for HVAC services in all their properties. Thanks guys, and sorry again Pam!! :)

Atlas tech, Genesis, was on time, explained everything he was doing, what the findings were, and what my options were. He didn’t try to shock me with horror stories or pressure me into making on the spot decisions.
