Guillermo Hernandez fixed our leaking a/c and cleared broken glass out of our garbage disposal. he was very nice and keep us informed on everything that was going on while he was working. I highly recommend him and the company they had great customer service and were very quick to get to my property.

BEWARE!! $179 UNAUTHORIZED charges

I happen to use Caliente plumbing and AC Came out to my residence to attempt a repair I spoke to the operation manager at the time which was about one year ago Even though I was only calling to state my complaint, he stated that he would refund me my paid services rendered I like most have a busy schedule and tend to not make this a priority of looking or waiting for a refund One year goes by and I get an UNAUTHORIZED deduction from my bank account for $179 for a membership fee of some sort. I called and of course know one can explain why this occurred As I was on the phone with MAC which seems to be the new operation manager he stated that the other manager doesn't work there any longer and made a comment about his performance to the reason of not being employed any longer. I mentioned the unauthorized charge and Mac stated that he would look into it, plus I brought up the refund from one year ago and Mac acknowledged the charge. Mac sent me a text 2 days later that he had a busy schedule however he was ACTIVELY looking into it
NO results one week later I had to call/text several times to get a response Story after story
Finally after 2 weeks...$179 refund NO other fees refunded that Bank charged for a closed bank account that was only active for unexpected charges.
All this for a few dollars Owner of this company doesn't even make a call to discuss this transaction (same owner that has his 2 young boys on the photo to promote his company)
I will be contacting BBB and sending a letter to the district attorney for unauthorized deductions.
I CAN NOT BE THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO Please check your bank accounts if you have done business with this company

Alex and Ruben are top notch! They came out late on a Sunday night, brought us a portable unit and were very thorough, helpful and kind with the whole process. Arlene was thoughtful and understanding of the whole situation and got us Alex and Ruben quickly! Thank you all for taking care of us when we needed you!

I have two services recently from Caliente. Both Bobby to fix a pair of leaks in a bathroom and Ruben to do our regular HVAC maintenance were excellent! Scheduling was fast and both visits went great.

Their estimates are a little strange - looked like they make up prices as they go along. Was supposed to have a camera go through my sewer line to see if there was clog which cost $200/hr. They didn’t do this and instead used a toilet auger to unclog the pipe which took about 20 minutes - price was still $200. They fixed the problem so no complaints on that.
