First, they showed up on time. They said they would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and they were here ready to work at that time. The issue was identified, and I was given a detailed description of the problem (without trying to talk over my head by using professional jargon). They showed me the repair cost before they started and gave me a list of packages to decide from. They resolved my plumbing issue in a timely manner and did so with friendly service. I will be using them for all other home repair issues that may arise in the future.

Garret Heard did an amazing job fixing my leaking toilet and water valve. Completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend him on any plumbing issues you may incur. Keep up the Great Work.

Ryan was amazing, his response time was good considering it was after 1:00 am. He got the repairs done in under an hour and made sure that we didn't need any other service while her was present in our home. I appreciate that Ryan got out of his bed for our emergency. Thank you

We had a clogged toilet and of course, we have several out-of-town family members arriving later on today, so no pressure, lol. Got to say, it's hard to find a plumber on a Saturday but Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air was spot on and responsive. The front desk person that answered our call was very cordial and helpful. They dispatched Joe w/i a couple of hours. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable , friendly and very easy to work with. He cleared the clog thoroughly and made sure the toilet was working properly before departing. Highly recommend these guys!

Garrett Heard was so professional in handling the job. I never met him other than on the phone, but the way he talks over the phone made me very comfortable because of his friendly tone. Caliente Plumbing was professional, efficient, did an all round great job. They came out on a Saturday night on the Fourth of July weekend , Mike our technician was great. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Ryan & James came out to fix and replace my water heater in 2019. 2 years later Ryan fixed a leak in my Manifold that another company could not fix. He’s very professional and informative. He’s a great asset to the team. Highly recommend Caliente. They’re all helpful and passionate about their jobs. Great customer service as well!

Even through snovid problems and working long hours they still manage to come out in a timely manner and provided amazing service working overtime to meet our needs and repair our leak. Will be using Caliente for future plumbing repairs moving forward. Costs are reasonable and they are full of knowledge! Thank you for having such a great team and service!

Justin from San Antonio Caliente did an excellent job on replacing my toilet bowl. The customer service was great on keeping me in the loop via text messages as to when he was expected to arrive. They were accommodating of my time and didn't try to up sale me on anything. I didn't really price the service out so I can't comment on that but all in all I would definitely use them again if needed!

It was time to replace our original water heater that was 10 years old. We wanted a new one to avoid catastrophe if the old one broke down. I called Caliente Plumbing yesterday and within two hours they sent Ryan out to speak with us. Ryan was professional and very helpful throughout the entire process.

Ryan guided us in picking out the right water heater for our needs. We never felt pressured. We agreed on a unit and a price. The next morning Ryan arrived right on time and had our new unit installed in two hours. He even swept up the garage after!

Throughout the day-and-a-half process, Caliente updated us every step of the way with text messages and e-mails. We have only had the water heater for a couple of hours, but I'm confident this new unit will be great. They also included a ten-year warranty.
