Garrett was great to work with... was considerate, very professional and did work above and beyond an already big job. Considering the amount of work that was necessary with a toilet back flowing into the shower (yuck), he completed the work in far less time than I would have expected. Communication about what to watch for and do going forward was very helpful. I would highly recommend requesting him and this company for any job.

My experience with Caliente Plumbing, Heating and Air was very positive. They were very responsive and repaired what ended up being a backed up A/C drain line. Kevin and Roland came out the next day to give me an estimate to install a new Independant drain line and separate the existing drain line from the sink which would help prevent this from happening again. They were were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything that would need to be done and how it would benefit us going forward. I will definitely be using Caliente for any of my future plumbing, heating and air needs.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday morning and Caliente was able to come out the same day within an hour to replace and install a new one!! Justin and Devon gave outstanding customer service, professional, efficient and thorough. We will definitely be using them again for other work we need done in the future.

PRV replacement. Mr Rico was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and attentive. He helped me understand the issue and fixed it in 2 hours.

My experience has been better in the past.. I was presented with 5 estimate options verbally; but only received 2 estimates presented to me via email--> to remedy the assessment made at my residence.

Caliente was the 11th place we called before we could get someone to answer our early morning call. They restored our faith in service companies. Alex was absolutely wonderful. He did not rush made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We will definitely use Caliente again and will ask for Alex. Thanks so much.

Garrett replaced the PRV on my water line today. Price was fair. Service was fast, friendly, and professional on a very hot day. Strongly recommend him and Caliente for any plumbing work.

We built our home 30 years ago and have replaced our RO (reverse osmosis) system many times. It always took the water a long time to fill up a container, and many times I ran out of water when trying to fill a pot for tea or soup. Ryan from Caliente Hot Water Plumbing replaced the RO system last week. He listened to my complaints and quickly identified the problems. I love my new RO system! The new Caliente Life Water system is much smaller giving me the extra room for a second water storage tank. I now have a -Life time parts and labor warranty- I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems.

Very nice gentleman came on time.I knew where issue was and explained what I had done and with 90% assurance where issue was . I was presented with 4 or 5 options to undo a clog in restroom. Starting at $400.00 up to over 1000.00 ..I chose the lowest option. Clog was undone in approx..21 minutes.He did his job and thank goodness I wasn't gullible enough to take one of the other 4 options that weren't necessary to undue the clog. It's just frustrating to spend 20$ a minute to fix a item and if I wasn't aware enough, it could have easily reached $50 plus a minute ...If this is the way its now done today for the plumbing industry.then I'm in the wrong biz!!!
