I called Caliente to see about having my washing machine shut off valves replaced (not urgent) and Garret was able to come out to assess and provide an estimate within a day. Garret quoted me a fair price for the job, which I was extremely grateful for. He was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job changing out the valves and hoses. Project was supposed to be completed early December. 50% was paid at end of Oct. 2022 Project was not completed until Jan 2023. I had to continuously call and email to get updates on parts pending for installation.
