Find another HVAC company! Atlas installed a new system and left much to be completed correctly. I was asked if they could take 6 inches from a bedroom closet that was originally 5 feet wide.2 feet were taken from the closet leaving a 3 foot unfinished closet for a 12x12 bedroom. The value of my home has now depreciated. The handler was installed on top of a gas line and is now cutting into the base boards in the opposite room. There is a hole in the handler, thermostat fell off after 2 days, intake not sealed, air flow is a joke. There is only 1 technician that knows what he is doing. Tim the owner asked me to lie to the city inspector about the new install. He asked to tell him it was a replacement because that is what the permit was pulled for. I am left with no city inspection, an ac that has air flow issues, and a unfinished closet that is unable to be used.

Juan Carlos and John were excellent!!! Juan is professional, courteous and assiduous. When faced with problems he didn't cut corners. My AC was sitting on rotten 1/2" plywood so he painstakingly took it out and replaced it with 3/4" plywood. I know the work was done right and the AC will function right for years to come.

I was very impressed with Atlas AC. Tommy gave me a good price and didn't beat around the bush. I checked around and his price for a new system was very welcomed. The tech and installers that came out were very polite and knowledgeable. They did the install cleaned up , went over the system and made sure I was comfortable with the new thermostat control. Incredible service! So thrilled to find a company that has exceptional customer service. They were reasonably priced, went above and beyond, came out quickly, did an incredible job on installation of the unit, and their techs were extremely knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. David Solano and his son stayed until almost 9pm to properly install everything and then came back the next day to make sure they finished everything and didn’t leave anything left undone. They even fixed issues that a previous HVAC company didn’t do right. We will only ever use them from now on. They give you “old school” customer service. We can’t rave enough about how impressed we are of this company. We had several companies come out and and give us quotes. I did a bunch of research on each company. Atlas has an A+ BBB rating for a reason. You will be very impressed and happy with Atlas!
