Atlas AC Repair LLC

Atlas AC did a fantastic job removing and installing a new box coil. I had another AC company doing maintenance on my units, and they continually tried selling things that I didn't need. When one unit stopped working properly, they charged $200 to do a camera inspection which took less than 2 minutes and they still misdiagnosed the issue. Their quote was double Atlas' invoice. Tommy with Atlas was very responsive, confirmed the parts warranty, confirmed the issue, and installed the new unit over a few days. They'll be my go-to AC repair and maintenance company moving forward. Highly recommended!

**UPDATE: I've used Atlas two more times for different issues (diagnosing and replacing a bad thermostat), and they're still awesome!

Came into my house and changed all of the AC/Heating changes without permission or notice. Woke up at night to a cold house. Luckily the baby was fine.

Omg Jorge was just awesome. We moved into our new rental and we found that the AC unit at the house was not working. The property management company sent Atlas AC to the house and Jorge was able to explain and show us what was wrong with the unit. He worked really late trying to fix the unit but it needs to get replaced. He came by the next day to install some window units to keep us cool till we get it replaced. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself.

I am so thankful I called Atlas AC Repair for our AC needs. From beginning to end, the experience we were given was outstanding! I really appreciated the communication and text message updates with pictures too!

Jim and Vince were sent to our home and were nice, professional and took their time to assess our issue. They were honest about the work that needed to be done to get our split working again and also took the the time to answer all of our questions.

Knowing we really needed it fixed ASAP, Jim went the extra mile and reached out to his boss who thankfully provided us with a very reasonable quote. He also was able to accommodate us the next day to complete service.

The next day, the technicians knocked it out of the park-again! This time Anthony was sent out with Vince and I could not be more satisfied with the work they provided. They were very professional, knowledgeable and patient considering we had a million things happening around them. They completed the job and saved the day!

My realtor recommended this company. So glad she did. Super knowledgeable, prompt, the biggest thing they showed Is honesty and integrity, which is so important. We had them out to take care of things on our HVAC system that an inspection came back with. They resolved the issues. They will be back on Friday to do the regular maintenance. We have used others in the past who don't even compare to this company and their employees! I wouldn't use anyone else!

This company is THE BEST! We had an issue with our AC unit on Mother’s Day, and a technician was at our house on Monday an hour before the time that had been scheduled for us. He fix the problem quickly and, as always, was professional and friendly. We highly recommend Atlas!

Jorge Rivero came to the house when they said he would be there on time and introduced himself and we discussed what was wrong. He went inside and looked at the thermostat and came outside to look at the unit and determined that the Capacitor was swollen and needed to be replaced which he did in about 15 minutes and the house started to cool down. Jorge took some temperature readings on the Vents inside and explained to me about the system. He then went outside and put some Freon in the system and came back inside and took more readings. Very good Personality and great Customer Service. We visited about Family and Day to Day Life. In Todays World Customer Service is lacking but if Your Company continues to Employ Associates like Jorge you will be Successful. Thanks

Had new A/C serviced today. David Duarte was the service Representative who helped with this service. He was very professional and thorough and explained everything to me. He was also very nice to help change out my air filters. I highly recommend this company.
