As an avid DIYer and also the grandson of a grandfather who ran his own "Plumbing and Heating" company (back then, there wasn't much AC to systems - LOL) here in the Midwest, I stumbled upon your YouTube channel and then went to your website. I must say, the transparency and honesty you exhibit is such a breath of fresh air. So, kudos to you!

Living in the Midwest, I won't be able to use your company, but I just wanted to reach out to you and give you some kudos as I think you're doing a great service being as transparent as you are on your website and your YouTube videos are informative and well done.

I found you because I asked my neighbor how much she paid for her new HVAC system, and I was shocked by her price. In 2013, we had a local company install a new HVAC system: 3 Ton 16 Seer AC unit and 85% 110,000 BTU gas furnace - $6,000 flat. I was happy with the price and installation. As I service my own system, it is still running strong. The house next door had the same exact system installed by the same company at the same time - but he paid $6,500. That house has a new owner and I asked the older lady how much her new system cost which was installed last week - $26,000! She didn't know specs on the system, but I was shocked by that price! Oh my. So, there are companies out there who will take advantage of you; however, Atlas AC Repair is transparent with their pricing - and that's amazing in this day!

I would highly recommend this business. We’ve had issues with our AC and heating for a few months and the company that installed it was not able to resolve the issues with the thermostat and issues in our downstairs for heating and cooling.

Jorge took the time to diagnose the issue and provide his own recommendation as to what the issue could be. He was also very patient with the many questions we had to understand the issue as well. We look forward to working with this company in solving this issue!

David and his team mate knew exactly what was wrong after showing the leaky drainage pipe. Quick and proficient. Once they left there was a noticeable change in the dripping.

We used Atlas as a second opinion and decided to use their services. Their office staff were very responsive and easy to work with. The technicians provided top notch work without pressuring us into a full system upgrade. They diagnosed and installed a new coil. Very pleased, we will be using them in the future.

David Duarte is BY FAR the BEST technician I have EVER EVER come across. He was clean cut, well spoken, professional, and found the problem right away. He fixed it, cleaned up all around him and answered all my questions. I don’t use the word “BEST” lightly as I am constantly battling with HVAC repairs. I am in charge of 22 units personally and professionally throughout the last 14 years. I know how frustrating it is and it is such a breath of fresh air when you get a tech that is THAT knowledgeable and narrows down the issue quickly. I would highly recommend David and Atlas AC Repair.
