My Carrier unit was about 18 years old and due for replacement. Over the years it did pretty well with only minor repairs. After doing some research I decided to stay with Carrier. Searching the WEB it took some time to find a company that used Carrier as their premier system. Once I found Atlas AC's WEB site I was very impressed right off the bat. Easy to navigate, up front pricing, quick response, only carries Carrier, basically everything you would hope for in a professional AC company. During my research one of the YouTubers said that finding the right AC company is more important than what system you buy as long as you stay with the major brands. Once I submitted a contact request they got back to me in about an hour. I spoke to Tommy at great length to get educated on what it takes to get my system taken care of. He is a great guy. Very patient with me and through with all my questions. He had a tech look at my system right away. I pretty much knew my system needed to be replaced it had all the signs of being wore out even though it was just the outside exhaust fan that went out. It was not a catastrophic failure but because of the age of the unit that could happen at any time that is why I knew it was time to replace the whole system. Once Tommy explained to me the power and efficiency of a five ton two cycle unit would do for my house I let him know: "Let's do this" He went out of his way to accommodate my particular circumstances. Two days later he had a three man crew (all great guys by the way) on site and changed out my entire system in about five hours. Very very happy! Once that stage 2 system kicked in it brought my house down about ten degrees in about an hour. Wow. Now that everything has stabilized to stage one inside and outside whisper quiet. Tommy deals with Carrier only. I like that. It tells me he believes in the product he sells. He puts his entire company's reputation on one brand. That says allot. I very very highly recommend Atlas Air and Tommy for all of your AC service. Great folks, quality product, outstanding performance. You can't ask for more.

Found Atlas AC Repair LLC on a google search and checked them out on BBB (Better Business Bureau) to find great ratings and reviews.

Jim was great when he came to do a routine check on my AC units. He answered all of my questions which was appreciated.
Anthony did an excellent job replacing the two motors and the gas pipe lines for the heater as they were not to code.
Terry communicated with me very well with estimated time of arrivals for both Jim and Anthony as well as when each man was on their way.
Timothy was a great to speak to when requesting a quote. (I think his name is Timothy)

Communication with service team was great. I was given reminders days in advance of the scheduled time, notices when techs were on the way, notices if there were delays for the techs and reason(s), techs were polite, techs answered all of my questions, techs took pictures of everything inspected and replaced and everyone I spoke to from techs, person keeping me updated on the schedule to person providing the quotes were all very polite and professional. The techs were very honest and straight forward which I GREATLY appreciated.

This is the first time we've used Atlas. Jim came out (on time) and was very thorough and professional. We had used another service company in the past and they recommended some repairs, but we didn't understand why they needed to be made at this time. We avoided a huge expensive by having Jim fix the necessary items and proactively change a few parts that would most likely need repair soon. We feel confident that the system will be working well for us this summer. We will definitely have them check our system every fall and spring going forward.

He's very responsive and easy to work with. Charles and his crew came out to do the initial inspection for the estimate and then returned for the actual job. They very thorough (much more so than other companies that I had come out to give me estimates for the same job). The installation went very smoothly and in my opinion very quickly.
