This is the first time that I used Atlas AC Repair. I was attracted to them as a result of their transparent YouTube postings Transparency is a a very rare quality with A/C contractors these days, so I was very impressed.
My entire interaction with Atlas AC Repair was a very positive experience, from the Call Taker/Dispatcher to Taylor, the technician. I appreciate their less than 24 hour response time, their friendliness and professionalism, their honesty, and their pricing. I thought they were very fair. Above all, they returned my 17 year system to peak performance. My wife immediately noticed the difference in improved cooling, dehumidification, and less run time, so I expect my electric bill will go down.
To Atlas AC Repair management, stick to your business model, and you will continue to have new customers desiring your services, without the need for costly advertising.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Atlas AC and Repair to perform a scheduled service for my air conditioning unit, and I can confidently say that I would recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC service. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch, and I especially appreciated the friendly and professional service provided by technician David.

On the day of the appointment, David arrived on time and was extremely friendly and personable. He took the time to listen to my questions about my air conditioning unit. Throughout the repair process, he kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Taylor with atlas showed up diagnosed the problem really fast. Knew exactly what to fix gave me a good price for parts and labor and my A/C was working in about thirty minutes. My family and I really appreciate his professionalism and efficiency.

I highly recommend this company thus far. Everyone is very professional from the walk through, speaking with the project manager, and installers. Their price for a whole system install are very competitive; strongly beating there competitors.

We had a guy come out I found on craigslist. He replaced a part for $400, and it went out after 2 months. Had another guy come out and he told me a valve needed replacing but it would be better to replace the whole compressor unit at a cost of $2500.
Atlas came out replaced the contractor for $315, and said the system is in great shape. Atlas explained why it kept going out where as the other guy did not. Bottom line is the thermostat just needs reseting after power outages, and we should have no further issues.
We will always use Atlas moving forward.

We had 4 quotes from different companies before finding HVAC vendor heaven with Atlas AC Repair. I’m so thankful to have spoken first with Pete who walked me through the entire process, gave me general ballpark pricing OVER THE PHONE (which shockingly ended up being spot on to our final quote!), got us through payment, scheduling, and kept us apprised of every step of the way too. Stellar project manager and customer service advocate!

The GM Timothy came to do our initial assessment and site visit, my husband and I were so impressed with his time spent in educating us on our needs. He leveled with us about three very expensive add ons we felt like we HAD to do based on the other companies strongly recommended advice who came out to us, saving us at least $5k+. Turns out those things weren’t necessary for our house and with our new system cooling us down in record heat with ease, it’s abundantly clear he was right!

Israel + his crew performed the installation with the upmost professionalism. Our house is 30 years old with a lot of unique challenges they navigated in partnership with us and ease. We had some annoying requests they were so willing and sweet to accommodate.

Atlas operates so differently than pretty much any other vendor we’ve partnered with. We’re thankful to have been treated fairly and respectfully, to have gotten such noticeable care, being spot on in communicating. This is supposed to be stressful but Atlas really made it smooth and easy.

Jim did a great job! He was able to come a little earlier than we thought which was also great! He took his time to figure out and fix the problem. Very professional & our home is nice and cool again!

Would 100% use them again. They fit us in when we had an emergency. They were extremely responsive. We also got a great deal including them walking us through the rebates and credits we’re eligible for.

I happened to come across their YouTube posts so I decided to try them. They do live with what they preach. I had a few people come by and diagnosed the problem with our hvac, they gave a few quotes, and they recommended brand new install.Taylor from Atlas came by yesterday and diagnosed the problem, David did the repair today. They were both honest and efficient. I am very happy with the results.
