Paul, the service technician, fixed our issue in minutes. AC back on and blowing cold. Paul is such a great guy and so very helpful and informative. He helped us understand our system and showed us how to protect our investment and keep our family comfortable in the long run. Hope to see Paul again when its time for system seasonal check up!

Extremely expensive but beats burning up! $1060 for a starter solenoid and fan motor.

First crew that completed installation of 2 AC units and Thermostats failed to wire correctly causing hot air to blow even when thermostats were off. Technician Paul came out late night and discovered what previous tech did wrong and fixed. Made sure all air units were blowing properly and cold air. Thanks Paul!

Had a technician come out to inspect my AC unit that was not blowing cold air. The technician was nice and got the job done pretty quick. I was fairly certain the issue was due to the capacitor, but rather play it safe. The technician never informed me how much the capacitor would be until they handed me the invoice and told me that it's what the price is. Never gave me the option to have them take the capacitor back and told me that's just how much it costs. I've tried to contact One Hour Heating & Air multiple times, but only received one phone call back stating they would have to investigate the issue. It's been three weeks now and still not getting any information. I'd highly recommend going with someone else and definitely not let them install a capacitor. Not including the $89.50 service fee, it will cost you $199. Only paid around $75 total for other companies and could buy almost 10 capacitors for that price (that include the 2 year warranty One Hour likes to throw around).

We tried "local" in Sachse, but no one answered and we were really in a huge bind with both AC units suddenly not working. One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating not only answered their phones, but answered our problems. Conner was extremely professional from beginning to end. He has great communication, explained everything, on-time, so polite, overall great service and they offer competitive pricing. My AC went out on Sunday at 10:30, I called them and they had a tech at my house with in the hour. Tech was professional and did his best to get back running. He was able to get my system back up without having to replace any parts. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again for future upgrades I have planned.
