Huge Thank you to Conner and One Hour AC & Heating for the help today. My AC stopped cooling during the night and my husband called several companies early today who put us on waiting lists. Connor was at my door, had my issue diagnosed and fixed quickly.

Our technician Juan was awesome. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had a few issues with our AC unit that he helped us diagnose and fix, and he was great at explaining things so we could learn and understand what was happening.

My advisor Alex Taylor was extremely personable and professional. He took the time to explain their services in great detail to make sure I had all the information necessary to make a decision on what will suit my needs best. He listened intently to my concerns and answered my questions. He made recommendations that were specific to address my particular situation. Dustin worked very diligently and spent numerous hours on the phone with the Amana representative. He worked tirelessly and was receptive to my concerns. He even had an emergency backup plan for me to use if I had the same issue repeatedly.

I had used another AC Company to check my AC because I kept smelling a burning smell thru my air ducts. They said everything was fine and they didn't smell anything but my unit was old and needed to be replaced at $12,000. I declined to replace my AC system at that time.
The burning smell continued so I called One Hour Air for a second opinion. They came the very next day and Connor was the specialist they sent. He was respectful and listened to everything I shared before starting. Within 10 minutes he found that the AC motor was extremely hot to the touch which was a sign it was causing the burning smell. Without a sales pitch to replace the entire system he replaced the motor from a universal motor he had in his truck, checked the wiring and for under $1,000 it was fixed. Connor was so kind and professional that I will now only call One Hour Air for any problems that may come up in the future with my system! Thank you Connor!

Contacted as one of our A/C units wasn't working. They came out promptly & on-time. Lots of contact and even a pic with name of technician coming out. Took care of the issue quickly and was reasonably priced for repair. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with service recieved. 100% would use again.

We called for an a/c repair and they sent us a text with their technician’s name, photo, and that he was on the way. Very professional and polite and he had the part on his truck so he could do the repair. Was done in a very timely manner. We also have used them previously.
