Is a very Knowledgeable and professional on site tech. I Will definitely use them from now on!!! Quick service and repair too! One Hour Air is IT!!!

I called and Heather who was super knowledgeable, was able to run me through a few easy fixes over the phone to try and save me a technician visit. I was told after scheduling appointment that One Hour Air will not come give me a quote to replace my unit unless I was wanting it installed immediately. Marco informed of this an hour before my scheduled appointment. Not professional at all.

Two months ago they replaced my outdoor coil. It started not cooling well again, and it turned out that a rubber grommet on the valve was left off after the initial replacement. This caused coolant to slowly leak.

Paul from One Hour Air showed up early, found the problem, admitted it was the installer’s mistake, fixed it and recharged the system under warranty. No fuss, no charge.
