They responded fast, were clean, they were efficient, helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us some information about air scrubbers that was very helpful, and since they sale and infallible them, gave us all the information about that as well. We are now looking at getting an air scrubber for our system based on the COVID-19 killing factor, their system is the only USDA approved air scrubber in the US, at this time. It couldn't have been a better experience even with being denied financing. My tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were better than the competition with great addition to your unit like cleaner air infiltration system. My tech Randy didn't mind me watching the process of him working on the unit which made me feel confident it was being done correctly.
