After a busy work week my wife and I were looking forward to a relaxing Friday night at home. Instead we walked into a house that could double as a sauna. It was a normal 100 deg./99% humidity, August day in Houston, so our house was 85 deg. and rising. I called Fresh Air and their technician, Taylor Esquivel was at our house within an hour. Taylor was very professional and had the problem resolved in less than 30 minutes. They even called the next morning to make sure we were happy with their service and everything was still operating correctly.

Jevin did the job requested and even took the extra effort of explaining how to replace air filters and exactly which ones to get to my daughter so that we can take care of the maintenance ourselves now and in the future and not be charged extra for simply replacing filters by them. I like this honesty as it makes it show that they're not just out for a buck and believe in providing quality service.

Today, I had my annual ac unit check up for the upcoming summer. The technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and honest about the condition of the unit and what parts needed to be replaced. He was professional and I would recommend this company for others.

My AC hadn't been serviced in years. Jevin did a great job explaining what needed to be done, if it could wait and why. He also talked through some options regarding an issue I was having with hotspots in the house. Discussed the pros, cons and costs of each option.

We recently had to use Fresh Air because they purchased the family owned business we had done business for the last 20 years. The experience was to say the least TERRIBLE! Overpriced, it took two visits and multiple techs to figure out the problem, told me my part wasn't under warranty and it was only a year old. They charged us for a weekend visit and then when they had to come back, made if for a time when neither me or my spouse could be available. When I called to complain, the service manger treated me very poorly and basically dismissed me.
Ridiculous, we are searching for a new AC company. I am loyal and not hard to please, but this company has me wishing for the wonderful service, and care that was given to us for the last 20 years. Run for the hills if you are thinking of using Fresh Air!
