Fresh Air, LP

Fresh Air came out this afternoon for an annual system check. They arrived promptly, in the window that they specified. The technician was quick in his check of the system and to make the minor repair needed. We will continue to use Fresh Air and would recommend them to friends/family.

We just had a 3 unit system installed and they did a fabulous job! The work was all completed in one day, despite it being a major project and right before the holidays. They accidentally poked a hole through a bedroom ceiling, but had it professionally fixed within a week. They were very kind and professional and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have used Fresh Air and their predecessor a minimum twice a year - Planned Heating and then AC checks. We are on their annual plan and have used them for years. The company and techs are honest and answer all of our questions. We normally get the same tech each time (Jevin).

I call this company and they were able to come out identify the problem and solve it within a couple hours. Unlike most companies that only have appointments days from the day you call. The service tech that help me did an outstanding job. Definitely going to recommend this company to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!!!!!

After a dreadful experience with a home warranty company that couldn’t get our AC unit fixed for two months, fresh air LP not only took on the work, they came and replaced an entire condensing unit the same day that I called. Top-notch technicians and service. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be calling them for all my air-conditioning needs going forward.

After trying a few others, we have exclusively used Fresh Air for several years now. Their technicians are always professional, and are the only ones that seemed highly knowledgeable on the Carrier Infinity system we have. If you have a "smart" HVAC system, these are the guys to use.

I have nothing but good words to say about this company. Their first visit to my home showed me an extremely competent individual, (Chuck) that knows what he's talking about. I found him more than willing to answer my questions and not the least bit ready to jump on the take me to the cleaners bandwagon for unnecessary parts and labor. He was honest, fair about the price and if he represents the culture of Fresh Air Inc., I will be more than willing to call Fresh Air again if/when I have any HVAC problems. Excellent job.

Fresh Air is a GREAT company! They have handled all of my home's air conditioning needs for the past 10 years with incredible PROFESSIONALISM and HONESTY. I am extremely pleased with ALL the work they have done in my home. I trust Fresh Air and always recommend their services to my family and friends.

We've been customers of Fresh Air for a few years. We have always been pleased with their work and fairness in pricing. Our most recent visit was for our semi-annual "check-up/tune-up" of our system. Our technician, Jevin, was prompt in his arrival, and even included my husband in his check of our whole system. Never have we had another company actually show us what they were doing, while they were doing it. We never feel as if we are being unnecessarily up-sold on items that we don't really need. Having a dependable and ethical HVAC company that you can rely on is comforting, especially in our harsh Texas climate.

Our drain pan was venting out excess water into our yard (the pipe outside my house attached to the roof was dripping water non-stop). The tech came from Fresh air and charged $289 for a job that took less than 30 minutes ! Really ?! The invoice read as follows: CHECK WATER LEAK CHECKED AND FOUND DRAIN LINE BLOCKED BLEW OUT BOTH DRAIN LINES AND ADDED CLEANER TO LINE. Despite charging an arm and a leg, the problem was not even fixed. Another tech came the next day and said the coil must be changed and it would cost $3450 ! The coil was replaced with a brand new part just 5 months ago ! (Luckily the coil was still under warranty then, so we only had to pay for labor). We managed to find the number of the company who replaced the coil 5 months ago. The owner said an incorrect size drain pan was used while replacing the coil. He profusely apologized and replaced the drain pan without charging us anything. Very disappointing experience with Fresh Air. $289 down the drain (no pun intended)
