Fresh Air has been taking care of my family's HVAC for 45 years and they never disappoint. Over the years, they have provided every type of service and repair you can immagine, and they are always fair, well-skilled, timely, and professional. I had a regular maintenance done today, and I am always impressed by the courteous, professional manner in which their technicians comport themselves. Josie in the office is always helpful, and I find it comforting that a familiar voice is there whenever I call. Thank you, Fresh Air, for all your years of excellent service! Barb Bacon

Our pups chewed up our wire behind the AC unit which resulted in no AC. I called Fresh Air, L. P. for emergency service and got an answer almost immediately. The technician, Jevin, called and explained everything before heading over. Upon arrival he was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be repaired and got right to work. Right around an hour and our AC was back up and running! After repairs, he patiently waited to make sure our system was running properly. He also gave us maintenance tips to keep our system running like new. Thank you so much Jevin and Fresh Air, L.P.!!! I will definitely suggest you to everyone for their AC/heating needs!!!

Fresh Air was recommended to us many many many years ago and we've never wanted to use anyone else since!

We love the "family" feel of this company. They really do care about doing the right job and always explain what they have to do. And I appreciate how they care about keeping my house clean when they have to go inside and out by using their shoe covers!

I recommend them to everyone! We heard about them from neighbors when we first moved to First Colony and I pass their info on to new neighbors.

They have been available at a moments notice when needed. When replacing my central air, they corrected errors and deficiencies made by the builder of my home, and I now have a much more efficient system. I have always been pleased with their work, and recommend them highly.

‘Fresh Air’ is not customer focus and not professional in handling issues. My ceiling was damaged in the course of their fixing my A/C in the Attic. When I reported to them, they showed no apology and shifted the blame to plumbing and me. So, I called a reputable plumbing company and they saw no plumbing issue in my house. They said they would call us and they did not, highly unprofessional.

We recently had a new Carrier high efficiency 26 seer system installed in our home by the team at Fresh Air. I can’t say enough good things about the crew that was at our home. I have had technicians out from this company about three times now, every time has been a wonderful experience! Very professional, honest, hardworking, polite, and knowledgeable. Today, I had Jevin G out to my home and he is as good as it gets. Trying to meet all my AC/Heating needs while working with my budget. Give them a try and you will be happy you did... I would know because I have used all types of companies in this area for over a decade. :)

This company is an absolute joke. Their customer service is awful. They are rude (Josie). Their answering service that answers pretty much most of the time you call, apparently do not relay your messages. I have been with A/C all week. I called them back three times today. They told me someone was on the way. Then they tell me I never called them back so they were not coming today. I have pictures that I will post that shows I called them back within 4 minutes of the first time they called. The same exact minute the second time they called. 1 minute the third time they called. Their company phone number is blacklisted by AT&T as spam so it automatically sends them to voicemail that is not in my control. I notified them of this as well and was told it was my problem. This company used to be great before Fresh Air bought them out and since then, it has been completely awful. They actually want to charge you for a diagnostic visit even when you have a contract for diagnostic visits (Hello what is the point of having a contract if you are going to charge anyway?) Stay away from this HVAC company. Bad business.

Fresh Air was definitely a surprise for us- we had our first floor AC unit break down where the second floor AC overcompensated. We originally called John Moore to come out to repair. They came the next day and told us that the fan had died and that they couldn't get the part until the next day. We happened upon Fresh Air in researching new AC units and we are so glad that we did! We called them at 8am- they arrived within 2 hours and not only HAD the parts, they identified that it was also the capacitor AND the fan motor. In calling them, they not only arrived with the parts, properly diagnosed the problem, and FIXED the problem before noon today. They also costed us HALF the amount of John Moore- and perhaps even less than that because JM hadn't included the capacitor. I would recommend (and will) Fresh Air LP to anyone. They were incredibly professional, transparent, and incredibly responsive.
