I’ve been working with this company the last couple years, and more specifically, Jevin. We recently purchased a house and we called and to get spring maintenance done and learn more about the overall condition of the system. Jevin patiently walked me through 2 minor issues that had be documented on our inspection report, talked me through options, and explained that they were both minor and set my worries at ease.

I accompanied him as he did his inspection and maintenance. Again, Jevin educated me on things as we went and explained to me about the REME filter system that could help alleviate my allergies. He wasn’t pushy or salesman-like, but rather listed their pros and gave his honest opinions that I’ve come to trust and value over the years.

I highly recommend Fresh Air, and their entire team.

I've used Fresh Aire for over 20 years in three different houses. Their techs are always top notch. Josh took care of me this time and he was awesome. Highly recommended.

Carlos was the tech that came out on a Saturday evening. He was quick to arrive as well as very helpful and personable. He fixed the problem to get us through until we could get the part ordered and installed. They were quick to get the part in and get it installed.

I called for a potentially urgent concern at 8am and they arrived by noon. They fixed my issue and performed a pending winterizing portion of my maintenance plan. Great customer service! Jevin is a great technician and takes the time to explain what’s wrong. Working with Fresh Air is a pleasure !

We have been using Fresh Air for year's. We recently had them install an entire new Carrier system. I can't say enough good things about them. Their people are all very professional and their prices are very reasonable. They do great work and all ways stand by their work and products that they sell. We love Chuck the technician who we ask for most of the time but all their techs are great. You can't go wrong with any of them. They did a great job putting in our new system. They made it easy for us to decide because they have so much knowledge on air conditioning and what our needs were. The owner of Fresh Air even called to make sure we were happy and completely satisfied with everything and still stays in touch. Like I said they really stand behind their work. Our sales person name was Andre he was very helpful in the process so if you are in the market looking to by a new system or repair your old one these are the people to call. We look forward to doing doing business with them for many years to come. Thank you Fresh Air for all your help and service over the year's. Great people!!!

It is difficult in choosing an ac contractor: the cost to a homeowner replacing older, out-dated systems with upgraded, major systems can run into tens of thousands of dollars, a major investment. Whom do you trust? I did my homework: I just had a new 2-ac system with furnaces installed by the Fresh Air, LP team. Fresh Air sent a 5-member crew of technicians to install 2 new systems (2 zone ac's with furnaces). I am impressed and very pleased with the work they did. They did a better job than the original homebuilder installation with the Fresh Air team adding typical features, like adding a T in the gas line to catch moisture, which wasn't added in the original installation by the home builder, among other specifics they added. It's turn-key work, everything done. They instructed me how to operate the new, touch-screen wi-fi thermostat, and I conducted a walk-through with the technician explaining everything the installation they did. Fresh Air LP is a Carrier dealer. One big-star-reviewed bidder had mandatory extras, whereas Fresh Air gave me a choice to add 3 extra options. I was pleased that I had a choice. The installation team was very polite and considerate and very attentive to my questions. I thank the Fresh Air, LP team and staff for a job well done. I encourage the owner to grant this installation team a bonus of some sort for their considerate attention to the homeowners' questions and concerns and thorough work. Oh, did I say prompt? They arrived about 8am and finished about 4pm. This is how you retain clients. Thanks to all of you for a job well done! The HVAC tech Carlos was very helpful and extremely nice. He was on time, kept us informed of what he was doing and had the unit up and running within 30 minutes. All in all it was a very pleasant experience
