Jevin came to my home for the annual spring checkup. He was professional and knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful as he explained all that was going on with my air conditioners. I so appreciated his patience and his ability to help me understand what my system was doing. He listened to my concerns and gave me multiple options. I would recommend him and his company Fresh Air to anyone in need of AC! I look forward to the fall check up as I know my air conditioning units will be well taken care of!

I have been a customer of Fresh Air for 7 years and I have a service contract. They are easy to work with and always professional. I always feel I get honest and professional service and advice. A broken A/C is always ugly in our area. They are not the cheapest, but with A/C you get what you pay for. There is great value in trust. As a realtor this is why I have full confidence in repeatedly referring them to my clients for any of their Hvac needs. I personally have kept a maintenance contract for my homes with fresh air for over 20 years.
After realizing my ac was not cooling properly I called fresh air and Marvin came out to inspect to that I had a bad coil.
Marvin did a wonderful job of explaining everything and more importantly went above and beyond by contacting the office to exhaust every option and research all of my warranty information.
Marvin also took the initiative to clean out my outside unit while here. The full maintenance contract of two visits a year is well worth it as my clients have received quotes higher for a service for you one visit.

All the Fresh Air personnel I have dealt with over the years were highly proficient. Fresh Air is a reliable first class company.

Really amazing and professional. Had them check out a struggling AC, they fixed it and offered a reasonable maintenance plan to check on things a couple times a year when seasons change. They've proactively called and sent reminders to make sure these visits are scheduled. When they show up they don't just check the box, they actually made sure every part of the AC was good to go. Made me feel lucky I found them.

Technician Jevin performed maintenance of our A/C. He listened the story of issues, performed full diagnostic, shared all of the results and provided detailed explanation and applied the fix (refill the refrigerant).
