I called on an early Sunday, thinking i was probably going to have to wait forever to get an appointment for my heater. It's a cold day, in the 40's If
I remember correctly, but he still came in with a smile and was ready to solve my problem. And he did. Less than 30 minutes my heater was up n running..He was very knowledgeable n kind. Thank u again Carlos.

Called Fresh Air and spoke to Jimmy at 9:30 AM and Allen fixed the problem by 12:30 same day. Exceptional service. Allen explained the issue and solution. I had a great experience and signed a year contract without any hesitation. Thank you Jimmy and Allen!

had them out to my home in 2015 I already knew that I had lost my AC charge from a rusted connection at the dryer Taylor came out and welded a new dry on he then checked the system with air pressure to make sure there was still no leaks when he showed me how my system was still having a leak he said that my coil in the attic probably was leaking and suggested I get a new system because of age?? little did I know that this is a trick to show you a slow leak in the system? Luckily I have a neighbor who is employed by a major school system in heating and air and he added a bit more air pressure to the system and I waited about 3 days and Guess what??? there was NO LEAK in my system I suspect that he did not tightened his air pressure gage enough to display a leak to me!!! I did have t wait for my neighbor to get back from a small out of town trip be he flushed out my system added new freon and has been running fine now except for a bad starting capacitor which is not related to a leak in the freon lines!!

Very professional and responsive. Rene and Isaiah completed AC/furnace installation and removal of old system promptly and professionally. Both answered all my questions and assisted with system setup.

The technician was professional and pleasant at the end of what I am sure was a busy and hot day in multiple attics. He gave the options for a new thermostat pointed some of the "gotchas" fir installing the new one.
