They have good techs, but they are not afraid to price gouge you. I was really disappointed by their blatant pricing. In December 2022, I was quoted 5400 to replace a 4Ton Carrier condenser unit, plus $199/lb of refrigerant.

Another provider installed a Trane 4 Ton condenser f or $2000 less, and included the refrigerant. Enough said - going forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Carlos came out and performed maintenance on both systems. Changed capacitor on outside unit and checked all other items. Very satisfied

Fresh Air made the appointment setup extremely easy. I was able to obtain same-day service for my nonfunctional a/c unit. Service technician, Jevin, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will recommend Fresh Air going forward .

Ended up canceling my service plan with them after I discovered the tech wasn’t cleaning the outside system at all. Had to hire another company to come out and recheck everything and perform the maintenance

Can't comment on their service. Extremely rude fist impression when called for an estimate. I guess they have all the business they need.

I contracted this company for my Studio Dental of River Park office. I had the pleasure of working with Josie from the call center who set my account up and took payment seamlessly. On the service date, Allan and Marvin were on time (they even came early!), professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I definitely recommend this company.
