Our a/c went out Saturday and I knew the first place to call would be Howell Services. The owners, Brandy and Brian are amazing. They brought out a portable unit so that my elderly in-laws and my pups would not have to struggle or go elsewhere until we got this resolved. JR came out the next morning (Sunday) and diagnosed the issue although I had a feeling it was time to replace it. They quickly got me an estimate Monday morning and completed the job yesterday. The a/c is now better than it has ever been. JR is very professional and knowledgable. If you need any a/c repairs or replacement the is the place to go!

Appreciated having information to track arrival of technician. J R was very knowledgeable about the job, quickly took care of the problem, explained what he did to me. Cleaned up the area he was working in completely. Very friendly. Thank you for quick response time.

We had another A/C company come out and they had to come out 3 more times after the initial "FIX" and it still was freezing up. So we called Howell Services. Brandi made us an appointment and the technicians were on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable both on site and over the phone. Very Thorough and found the issue and fixed our unit. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you guys so much. We really appreciate it!

As usual Fabian from Howell Services was fantastic. Called at 0800, got my appointment scheduled for 0900 and Fabian was on time. Fabian always takes the time to explain everything including the options I have. He always does an outstanding job and makes sure that he didn't miss anything. I can always trust Fabian and Howell Services with my AC repair needs.

P.S. give Fabian a raise cause he was gracious enough to answer all my questions...which I had alot of.

My mom had a busted water line and the plumber we initially started with was a no show. So I called Howell Services and told them the situation and they sent out their plumber, Lane, on Dec 2nd. And from what he saw my mom’s issues and formed a game plan to install a new line where the water well is to a different part of the property and bypass the area we no longer need connected. He’s quickly installed a temporary fix until they could come out to do what is needed. Wonderful service on our first meet.
Our second meet, they came out on time after all the rain we had and cooler temps and installed the water line in a timely fashion. Several days later we had a different issue with a toilet not getting water and they fixed the clogged in the line in a matter of minutes. The technician also inspected with my 70 year old mom to make sure all outdoor water lines were ready for the upcoming freeze. Top notch services from this company and will always be my go-to for my mom’s house needs.

Howell Plumbing has become my plumber of choice.
This last job was a leak on the PVC water line coming into my house. “James” the plumber and his helper both did a great job. I have no complaints. Friendly service, good cleanup, and reasonable prices are about as good as you can get and expect.
I will continue to recommend and trust them as long as I get good service like this.

JR came out to our home to evaluate the problem was very courteous and professional.
On the day of installation JR and crew arrived at our door- I had a very good impression of them.

Big shout out to Jason with Howell Services. I’m posting this during the Christmas freeze of 2022. While Jason was fixing a burst pipe in my neighbors house, we noticed that one of our outside pipes had burst, and water was flooding into the street. After Jason fixed my neighbor’s pipe, he came and fixed ours. He was very professional, and knew exactly what to do. We are so grateful for Jason and Howell Services.
