I got bad experience with this company and never refer to any one to call A/C Technician from this company talking behavior of operation manager was very bad . I called AC Technician for condenser cleaning with water at top of roof the Technician arrived and he went on roof he did not find any water connection he came to me and told me there was no water connection. (I bought this shop recently also I did not know about water connection is there on roof or not) . He went from shop and stayed front of my shop more 25 minutes without doing any things.
After two weeks ,I got invoice 238686-10 from this company asking me amount to pay 185 $ . I got deeply shocked and immediately called to this company. Two ladies told me I have to talk with operation Manager I explained him I did not signed any paper of contract and your Technician came my shop and also he did not do any things so why you company is asking me to pay 185 $ for preventive maintenance plan after that he told me I have to pay 85 $ again I asked him why I should pay ? your Technician has not cleaned the condensers. I called A/C Technician only for cleaning condensers with water. He told me he checked gas of my HVAC at the roof I told him again sir I did not requested and reported for any problem in my HVAC so what is reason for checking a gas. I think they are making a fool to the customer asking money from customers at any reason . He closed the phone and told me no need call again here and I have to pay 85 $ . I would say closing phone is a bed behavior and it is not fair and honesty for asking money for doing nothing there was no agreement between I and company to pay charges if Technician visit my shop and back out without doing any things.Please take care before calling this company otherwise you will get invoices at your home address.

They came to my property and fixed my HVAC with no details what they really did on my system. Then their salesman called me and told me the plan for two times service, and they never informed me, the second service will be in a winter time. The worse ever was, their technician turned off the heater system from Attic without informing us and in middle of the cold night winter, I had to call another emergency service to come and turned the only switch On. Don't recommend this company, since, I called them and ask for details/price no information they provided to me. They didn't provide accurate information what they really did in service and lastly, they never told me, this service is for winter, not the summer.

Antonio and Oscar replaced a coil and adjusted an old vent. They were on time, professional, and conscientious in their work. I have been a long time customer and can honestly say i have had excellent service and would recommend these guys anytime!

The staff at Fresh Air L.P have never been anything but super friendly to my family. We've worked with them before, and it was practically the same crew when they came out again. It worked out perfectly because they already knew were everything was and were right at home allowing them to get right to work.

Subsequent to having seasonal maintenance come to check the system (and he felt the need to reconnoiter a pipe in the attic), the AC has not functioned properly on the top floor. Another appt was scheduled for 7/1/16 at 9 am to make the appropriate corrections. No one showed. I called the office at 9:45, and was told 10 min later that the technician had overslept. He finally showed up an hour later, yawning...ascertained that the previous technician had not properly adjusted the pipes. He said he would make the repairs, and send me an email stating his work. 7/2/16 - no email, and AC still does not work. Should have NO stars.

Just had an excellent experience with this company, specifically Mr. Jevin Goleman, our assigned tech. Very knowledgeable and fixed all stuff while explaining all things that were done ... would HIGHLY recommend to everyone.. They offer plus services even after installation (last year)... 5+🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
