The company responded to my email inquiry within a reasonable period of time. Jev, the technician was personable and knowledgeable. He found the problem, was able to obtain the necessary circuit board an hour from my home, then come back and fix the issue the same day. He also took time to explain parts of my HVAC of which I was not aware but needed to know. I will use them again

I had my a/c and heat changed out about a year ago from propane to electric. Everything was removed from my attic and all new a/c heat "stuff" was installed. I have been in law enforcement for 35 years and because of that I have a built in distrust of people when I first meet them. I have looked hard to find any inconsistency in their operation and could not. Every employee that I came in contact with was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very clean while in my home. They took great care to explain the fancy new thermostat to me. One of the service techs just left my home about 30 minutes ago after doing a one year checkup and changing the air filter. He was very much a gentleman around my wife and was as the rest of the folks I have met very, efficient. I will without hesitation always recommend Fresh Air to my friends. Great job Fresh Air.

I've used Jim Patel at A&M Air for 30 years. He was ill today, and recommended Fresh Air. They gave me same-day service, did an excellent job - and didn't try to sell me equipment I didn't need. Fresh Air, L.P. installed a new air conditioner and ductwork in my home in April 2017. From my initial dealings with Andre, he was informative and helpful, but never pushy. He helped me to understand my potential options, gave the pros and cons for each, and really helped me to feel like I was a part of the process. The installation team were quick, professional, and obviously very good at their jobs. They asked poignant questions, especially for the ducting, that really helped me to get the most out of my purchase. It was a true pleasure to work with Fresh Air, L.P., and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new air conditioner (or even maintain your current one), to give them a call.

I have used Fresh Air for over 30 years. They have installed three heat/ac units in our house over that time. The installs and yearly inspections have always been very professional and thorough. They do not try to sell you what you do not need. Service , when needed has always been fast and fairly priced.

We have been using Fresh Air for the last four years. Their service men are punctual, neatly dressed and professional. Also, the back office personnel, Arron and Ashley, do a great job scheduling maintenance service.

We needed a new air conditioner so we called Fresh Air. Taylor came over and gave us a work description and price. Chandler came over the next day and set up a schedule to start the work. They did a fabulous job.

Jevin was very friendly and professional. We appreciated him not being pushy and explaining everything well. We will definitely be asking for him specifically in the future.
