We have been without AC for 1 month. Our Home Warranty company was horrible with how they handled this. Aire Texas was AMAZING!!! Everyone we dealt with from Zach who came out in the beginning to Ruth in the office to Chad who helped deal with Home Warranty were top notch.

Zach came out today for the install and to ensure everything was working perfect. I am nothing but pleased with the quality of service we received from this company! They have our business going forward and will recommend to anyone that is ever needing AC repairs.

I switched to Aire Texas on my residential property after switching to them at my commercial business. They are truly AWESOME!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a true SERVICE company. It does not matter which technician they send out, they are all very happy to be there helping you and making sure you and your family are safe. They are professional, timely, and make sure that you are taken care of. They have great maintenance programs that give members check ups and discounts on items that need fixed or replaced. I have found my HVAC company and would highly recommend them.

Zac was awesome! We called Aire Texas and were so glad we called in for a second opinion when our AC unit went out. Zac was so friendly, super knowledgeable, thorough and extremely honest. He gave us direction, lots of education along the way, and options to keep our system up and prolong the life. Saved a ton of money, got the system fixed THAT DAY, was dog friendly, and would absolutely recommend to our friends.

I would like to say thank you for getting this job done in a timely manner. I call one day, and they are at work the very next. KC came by yesterday, took the time to explain to me what all was needed. He had to order parts, so had to reschedule the service. I got a call the same day, scheduled service for the following day. KC and Norman showed up and did an amazing job. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. I’m excited they were able to get the job done super quick. I highly would recommend this company to any of my friends or family in the area should they ever need A/C services. Thank you for sending such an awesome team to take care of the A/C repair for me.

Tim was very professional throughout the entire installation / troubleshooting process of getting our entire home system HVAC replaced, inside and out. They were there for 3 days doing the work. Mark, Phillip, Ty, Dani, Howe all worked diligently to get everything done in a timely manner and we are satisfied with the quality of work. I would highly recommend this company for any and all AC, insulation projects that you need done. Chad & Chris also displayed their willingness to go above and beyond for us to make everything right. Zach H from Aire Texas Residential Services came today to perform a maintenance check on my AC unit/Furnace. He was phenomenal, very professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing thoroughly, so much so I hadn’t planned on learning anything today, but I learned a lot about how my systems work together. I was very appreciative of his promptness, politeness, and his cool demeanor. He was here for a couple of hours due to the work that was needed, and he was great, even though he had to tolerate my nosy dog. I feel 100% confident in my AC and furnace functionality in the coming months, but if I have any issues I will not even blink….I’m calling Zach! Thank you so much!!! Give that man a raise!

From the start I had an excellent experience with Aire Texas. Chad explained all of my options and helped me pick the right system for my home for a very reasonable price.
On the day it was to be installed, Zac and crew showed up on time, they were courteous and professional and worked as a team to complete the installation of a new HVAC system in my home. Once done, they cleaned up and showed me how to program the new thermostat. Very happy with my experience with Aire Texas!
