I'm often skeptical of 5-star reviews being authentic and now I am leaving one. My 30-year old AC unit went out for the final time requiring an entire system replacement. I called 7 companies for bids. 6 came out and I watched carefully to see how and what they diagnosed. KC from Aire Texas was the ONLY one to see and bring my attention to a potential landmine that would have upped my costs exponentially. Perhaps some of the others saw it and were just going to let me have a nasty surprise. He found me a fantastic system that bypassed the landmine, met all my needs, AND was a very reasonable price - neither the highest or lowest of the bids. KC also made some recommendations to help keep the house cooler and keep us more comfortable while we waited for installation. When the installation crew came out, Cruz, Shep, and Kevin were not only consummate professionals, they were very amiable, courteous, and a true pleasure to have in my home for the entire time - and it was hard work on a very hot summer day! Shep was even kind enough to re-light the pilot on the water heater so I wouldn't have to do it myself. Also, Lauren, Elizabeth, and Amanda in the office were lovely to work with regarding scheduling and they kept me fully up-to-date on when the guys would arrive and confirming the appointments. I never had to wait and wonder when or if someone would show up. I will ONLY work with Aire Texas Residential going forward.

I would recommend Reggie to anyone. He was on time, professional, extremely helpful. Reggie did a fantastic job working on my AC unit and while performing a full maintenance. The AC is running great which makes me very happy considering this is July.

Tim was professional, honest, thorough, and listened. We had another company out to look at our system and they recommended a full system replace. Tim took the time to look over the whole system and diagnosed the potential problem, made the repair and it worked. In les then 2 minutes the house was cooling. Tim helped us go from a potential $15000 fix to a $700 fix that included signing up for third maintenance program. Thank all of you at Zaire Texas for taking care of our AC issue and our family.

I really appreciate Aire Texas’ prompt response and friendly staff. Zach H. has been the Technician (Engineer!!!) on both our old system, and now our “newly” purchased (Sept ‘21) system. Zach came to my house to repair a sick AC. It was great - he had come to my house before and it was wonderful to see him again. He is extremely solid in his knowledge of the system and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company - always satisfied!

Scheduled an evening appt but got a call shortly after that tech Eric could come earlier due to finishing his last job early. Very knowledgeable and broke down everything so it was easy to understand. Got us back up in running in less minutes than an hour.

Brandon was very quick to show up after I made the call. He was really nice and informative and helped me pick the best solution and payment plan for me. Definitely keeping his card and referring my neighbors.

I’m signed up for the Fall/Spring AC and Heating maintenance program. Aire Texas has the best technicians! Nothing but good things to say, Tim was very professional and explained everything he found (or didn’t) during the maintenance visit in a way I can understand and educate me on steps I can take to make my air quality better. I highly recommend and wouldn’t use any other service.

Timothy came over for our regular maintenance before we head into winter. Again just great customer service. Really personable and changed the filter gave the system a once over. Looking forward to having no issues in winter.

Ronnie came over due to a condensate leak, he identified the area that the unit was leaking and attempted a fix, unfortunately that first fix didn't work but a second fix did. All resolved in the one visit. Ronnie was great very personable and easy to discuss the issue with and very quick to diagnose the issue and discuss solutions. Again I wont go anywhere else for AC repairs.

Update on this still the best HVAC company I've dealt with, they have a great service contract now which I'm happy to be part of. KC attended to help with our internal condensate pipe getting blocked. Was really great, did a great job cleaning up the system inside and out for us.

By far the best HVAC company we have ever dealt with, fixed the air conditioning in summer and heater in winter. Very prompt great service. Zach the technician that came out both times is great and friendly.

Reggie and the other technicians both of them had a great attitude as soon as they walked in and till they left. They were on time and very respectful.
Reggie was very thorough about what they were going to do and answering all our questions. He even went out of his way to ask me if I needed to change two of the vents in the house that were very dirty, I asked if I could clean them and see first and he said sure. At the end explained what they did and emailed me as well everything, excluding pictures of before and after. I would definitely recommend this company for best service. Thank you so much for cleaning our duct and doing a great job!
