My appointment kept getting rescheduled and every time I would be given a specific time but scheduled for a different time. I also received a message to rate them and they never even showed up for the appointment. I will not use this company poor communication skills within the company
This company was our go to provider of plumbing and HVAC related items for more than a decade. We purchased two systems from them, one upstairs and one downstairs. We were very satisfied. Then the company was sold to a company out of Florida. AC tech came out week of April 10 to do 6 month check and suddenly I'm looking at over $4,000 of system repair work. They were supposed to come back that same week on Thursday to do repairs. No one showed up. I called four times and texted once. NO RESPONSE. The new owners clearly have either a lot of work to do or they are not the same company. I am now going elsewhere. I recommend anyone who bought a carrier A\C system from Dallas Plumbing when they were a great company to check the Carrier website for other local companies.
Called first thing this morning and they scheduled me for an appointment at 1:00pm. 30 minutes later they called and said they had an opening and asked if they could send someone out. . Michael showed up and was friendly, professional, and very informative. I’d highly recommend him in the future.
Had a new heating and air conditioning system installed 2 years ago by Air Pros, great pricing. They’ve done the summer tune-up and just recently had them put more insulation in attic. I trust this company and there technicians.
They were all very informative and thorough. Job well done! Weah, Alan, and Andrew all came out on different days initial service call, estimate for new units, and lastly installation of new units. The work was done in a timely manner, they were all very polite, professional, informative, and just awesome! I won't use anyone else for my hvac needs!
I had an issue on a Saturday night that was not taken care of by a previous AC company. I called AirPros on Sunday and the lady on the phone was so nice. She squeezed me in first thing Monday morning. Come Monday morning, Sean called me (and I got a text) when he was on his way. Once he got here, he was so nice and understanding. It was such a relief. He took a look at my unit and provided me with options on how I could proceed. We talked about them and never once did I feel pressured to go with the more expensive options. We settled on replacing my evaporator coil and outside unit. Andrew and his partner Jose were out the very next day and had the job done in about 4-5 hours. Andrew was the nicest guy, and his partner Jose was also so nice as well. When they were done they made sure everything was working and cooling properly, and they swept up the garage. I did have an issue with payment. They couldn’t get my credit card to go through using their tablet, so they had to call the office. The lady on the phone accidentally ran my card for more than she needed to. I paid 50% on Monday for the job and they were only supposed to collect the other 50% on Tuesday when they finished. On Tuesday they lady in the office accidentally ran my card for 100% of the cost. I called once I found out and a manager called me back and told me they were on top of the issue and were so sorry that happened (good thing I used a credit card). They are in the process of refunding my card. That’s the only hiccup I have had, but it is getting taken care of. So I would just say to double check the cost that they are running your card for if they have to call it in. Other than that, great experience. I would recommend these guys!
Requested for a quote of A/C. Found them to be one of the most honest to do business with, Tech came in to provide quote that are 200% over other AC installers. He candidly said our prices are high because we are a big company. Recommended me to go with the other installer quote. Guess, i should be happy?
